I recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Criena at Heritage Estate who went truly above and beyond throughout the entire process. From the very first viewing to the final exchange, Criena’s dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail were second to none. Criena and her team was always available to answer questions, provided honest and thorough advice, and handled every step with genuine care. Even when challenges arose, she acted swiftly and proactively to resolve them, making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her knowledge of the property market was outstanding, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure that I felt supported and informed. This is the second time I have used Heritage Estates when buying and selling a property and I will not hesitate to use her again in the future, I cannot recommend Criena and Heritage Estate highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a property, she is a shining example of excellent service and a true credit to the profession.

I highly recommend the excellent service provided by Heritage Estates. Criena is personable, professional, honest and very attentive and Alex created a lovely brochure showcasing our property. We were updated regularly throughout the process of our sale and nothing was too much trouble. Criena responded promptly to any queries which we had. Although we were buying a property via another agent and in a different county, Criena chased our solicitors and selling agent constantly and kept us informed every step of the way. Best experience as first time buyers! We met Criena the day of viewing a property and before even viewing the property she bought positivity and knowledge making the process less stressful! During the process Criena and the team worked above and beyond to help and keep everyone updated which was done out of the kindness of their hearts and made the experience so much easier and everyone has now gained so much knowledge and experience for the future! Where do I begin with Heritage Estates, firstly the team are all reliable, professional and understanding. Criena was a star with our sales, being first time buyers we wasn't very clued up on how the process worked. Criena and Alex made sure we were updated every step of the way, the service Criena gave especially was excellent. I unreservedly recommend Heritage Estates. My wife and I recently put her family home in Gravesend on the market, having spoken to a number of agents prior to choosing Heritage. We received a full price offer the very day we signed Heritage up, and the sale completed a few months later. Heritage were with us every step of the way, and went above and beyond what one might reasonably expect from an estate agent service wise. This was especially important as we don't live in the UK, so needed someone local batting for us. The combination of personal touch, tireless effort, and detailed local knowledge, is what differentiates Heritage from the rest.

After a VERY long winded and drawn out sale due to the circumstances surrounding the estate which was being dealt with, we found Criena and her team absolutely amazing. From the initial viewing of the property, her portfolio of clients, feedback, correspondence and the finer details which enabled us to make informed and sometimes, time sensitive decisions with the confidence we had the most up to date information. I cannot praise Criena's effort highly enough. Ours was a difficult sale of a house that was in very poor condition. Due to delays in obtaining probate 2 buyers pulled out, each time requiring to engage and negotiate with a new set of potential buyers. We finally were able to complete the sale with a 3rd buyer, at the best possible price in the current conditions. I cannot begin to imagine how much time and effort Criena put into this sale, all the time taking the time to keep our family up to date. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Whether you are buying or selling, you need Heritage Estates by your side. My first experience selling a property, Heritage Estates came by recommendation from a family member after two previous failed attempts with high street agents and many disappointing valuations. Criena told me she would have a buyer within one week… I laughed but she proved me wrong and seven days later we accepted an offer. I can’t thank Criena enough for all of her hard work, dedication and perseverance with our sale. If I could give more than 5* I would! From start to finish Heritage estates were absolutely everything we could have asked for in an estate agent. Criena dealt with both the purchase of our new property and the sale of our old property. She was polite, conscientious and went above and beyond to help us get through the entire moving process. From the initial valuation of our property we were happy with the service: brilliant images of our sale property, quick listing of our sales property (Our house was listed on line the same day the pictures were taken!), excellent management of multiple enquiries to see the house and organising of these enquiries and first class advice when considering the offers we had received. Criena's help didn't stop there! We had a particularly difficult sale process due to issues caused with a poor solicitor during our previous purchase of the house and Criena went out of our way to help us resolve the issues so that the sale did not fall through. Throughout the entire process Criena took on work that fell outside of her remit to move the entire chain along. We cannot tell you how thankful we were for this help- we couldn't have got there without her! We can 100% say that if we were to decide to sell our current property we would go straight back to Heritage estates and would not consider any other estate agent. We will recommend Heritage estates to all people we know that mention they are looking to sell!
