We have just bought a house through Hamptons and the service that we have received over the past few months from Deborah Hancock has been absolutely fantastic! Estate Agents don't always have the best reputation but Deborah has totally blown that out of the water and shown us the difference that a pro-active, efficient and helpful Estate Agent can make to a house buying experience. She has progressed the sale every step of the way and kept in touch with our solicitor, ourselves, our vendor and the other agents in the chain fantastically. Our own agent was entirely useless in comparison so we know who we'll be contacting if we ever decide to sell our new dream house. Thank you Deborah, you've been GREAT!

We chose Hamptons because of James Cairns calm and realistic valuation of our house, his local knowledge was invaluable. We cannot praise James and his team highly enough, their attention to detail and professionalism was made even more obvious when we were viewing houses through other Agents. They took the trouble to learn about our very old house and we left everything to them. Debbie, Carla and Deborah were amazing when we were away, and they did everything for us, often walking around the extensive grounds in torrential rain. Debbie Cobbold (our Negotiator) really did a fantastic job in a very challenging situation and we are eternally grateful; she really did 'go the extra mile'. We would recommend Hamptons to anyone wanting professionalism with the personal touch.

Fiona Bradfield and the team at Hamptons provided fantastic customer service while I was hunting for a house to rent. Her professionalism and friendliness made house hunting a pleasure instead of a chore, and she was so helpful, even showing me a property that was yet to come on the market. Looking for a house with very limited time and specific needs, we found Hamptons not only were willing to show us all that was on offer , but when we clarified what we did and didn't want, after a few viewings, they then went the extra mile to dig into their resources and found a property that wasn't even on the market at the time - and it was the perfect fit. It showed us that they were not "just another" estate agent but an agent who thought hard and long on which property would work - and it did . The follow through and support during the buying process was clear and helpful and very professional but not pressurised. Thank you Deborah!

Each and every member of the Hamptons Lettings team is super efficient and very approachable making it possible to quickly build a friendly working relationship. We bought our first buy-to-let investment some five years ago and have relied on their expertise from the very beginning. As a retired couple Marion and I have been happy to to take care of the overall management of the property but have put our trust in our 'friends' at Hamptons to secure the tenant and in that role they have excelled.
