GoogleWe asked Hamptons to help us rent out our house in late June for the first time. Our tenant got the keys in early August. The Hamptons team have been brilliant. Olivia, Fiona and Nikki have guided us through the whole process. They are all very responsive to our questions. They advised on the rent pricing, kept us informed on the viewings and guided us on what needed to be to done to make the house tenant ready. Now Nikki will be our property manager. We feel that we are in good hands for the future.

GoogleWe used Hamptons to find out home when I was 30 weeks pregnant with our first born - they were brilliant in helping us find the house we wanted! A couple of things weren't ready for us at the start of our tenancy eg walls wuich had to be painted, which was unfortunate. However since then, our property manager Emma has been brilliant with helping us get everything sorted and fixed should problems aside! Thanks Hamptons!

GoogleWe bought through Hamptons and if we ever sold, we would use them. Why? Kendra, the agent, was so responsive to our queries...everything we asked had immediate follow up, nothing was too much trouble and we knew where we were. Equally, if we popped into the office, they knew who we were and it felt an incredibly personal and integrated service.

GoogleWe have worked closely with Hamptons since 2019 when we emigrated to Australia. Being so far away it was really important to use an agent with a great reputation that we knew we could trust. Hamptons have been absolutely first class. Between 2019 and mid 2022 they have secured back to back rentals for our property as well as providing a top tier of property management to sort any issues - large or small. Then at the end of 2022/beginning of 2023 they helped with the marketing and sale of our property with fantastic results. We cannot recommend them enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again should we purchase a buy to let in the UK in the future. Thank you Hamptons!
