Hamptons have been managing my first rental property and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. From the valuation to the management of the property, their service has been very smooth and professional. Would highly recommend Emma, Nikki and their team, especially Kiara who guided me through the whole process. She was always easy to reach when I had a query, and was proactive with getting everything set up for the tenancy! Looking forward to continuing to work with them and can't recommend Hamptons enough!

We had excellent service from Hamptons. They were very efficient and helpful. Steve was our main contact & he was great, always available or quick to respond if he was out. In a slow market it was very reassuring to have such professional help. Andrew and Chris were also great and I must give a special mention to Deborah. She stepped in at the last minute as Steve was on holiday and finalised the deal. We will definitely recommend Hamptons.

We were looking for a 5+ bedroom plus office property and struggling to find one that met our needs. Hamptons took it upon themselves to "properly" assist and faultlessly arranged numerous viewings and second viewings in a very professional manner. Overall, the experience with Hamptons was excellent. I dealt with Bailey King throughout the process and he kept me updated throughout the entire time and was by far the best agent that I have ever dealt with. My previous local agent could learn lessons from Hamptons on how to treat people as I will now stick with Hamptons following this experience. This is how it is should be done! I wouldn't bother with other estate agents in Tonbridge & T/Wells, Hamptons are better!!! I can say this through sufficient experience... Well done Bailey & thank you.
