GoogleWe engaged Charles Bainbridge Limited in October 2025 to market our Mum's house in Bridge as she wished to downsize following our Dad's death earlier in the year. From our first contact with them we were extremely impressed. They were very professional and friendly. Their valuation of the property was higher than expected and very quickly superb particulars were prepared and the property marketed. Charles Bainbridge managed all the viewings and kept us fully updated at all times. Very quickly we accepted an offer close to the asking price and we have now completed. The whole team at Charles Bainbridge were great to deal with but particular praise to Izzy, our principal contact throughout. The whole experience couldn't have been more pleasurable removing much of the stress associated with selling a much loved family home. GoogleWe cannot thank Charlie and his team enough for what was a rather protracted and difficult property sale in trying times and an uncertain economy. Communication is key to any transaction and Charlie along with Paul and Faye continually kept us up to date whilst always working tirelessly to formulate solutions to problems inherent in multiple concurrent sales.
