GoogleI have been using services of Winkworth for over ten years. I found all their staff professional, reliable and most helpful. I must point out Lucinda Richardson and Camilla Powell. During the past year, when I had family health issues they went beyond their call of duty to assist/help me in any way they could. I would certainly recommend them to anybody looking for an estate agent.

After a one year tenancy we had one blind that needed replacing, of which they decided it was fair to charge £137 for a £26-£30 bedroom blind.For three lightbulbs £72. I don’t know what lightbulbs those are, but I don’t think you can pay £15 per lightbulb (3 to change in total).I am currently still waiting to receive my deposit, after 17 days.

Avoid at all costs..Bad customer service.Absolutely dishonest people. Adverts getting placed on the market and in about 30 minutes they are getting let out.. Time wasters....

Moved into our home yesterday- fantastic service and support in the first instance from Andy and Neil at Winkworth Hellesdon then the after sales team Hollie and Hannah at Poringland. They helped us through in both sales and purchase would definitely recommend them as friendly, approachable and just thoroughly nice team to deal with 😀

GoogleI have worked in Notting Hill property for some time and have come into contact with many estate agents, Winkworth are a refreshing mix of honesty integrity and professionalism. I have dealt personally with Charles Vernon and Alex Thompson and i find them both extremely polite and very professional. i would highly recommend Winkworth Notting Hill to both buyers and sellers alike.

She is organised and professional, listening carefully to requirements and endeavouring to make the right landlord/tenant match. She follows through with queries and is thorough in her approach. Useless service.....they always work for the seller...as they know they are getting paid from them....if you are dealing with then as a buyer dont get caught in ther phone calls of .....ohhh the buyer prefera you and all that crapdo your research and always bid the lowest possible...as these winkworth people will suck the blood out of you if they can

Decided to end the contract for the tenancy and I was reliable to pay until the new tenant moved in. Winkworth were not bothered to look for someone sooner, took their time while I already left the flat. Ended up paying one+ month for an empty flat. My request to find someone sooner than 2 months in advance was simply ignored!

Fantastic experience with Winkworth Kensal Rise Branch! We were tenants for 2 years, and during this period no request was too big, nor too complicated! All issues were resolved within the day, with a friendly and clear approach. Excelent customer service, attention and care for both tenants and landlords. Highly recommend!

Lied to us at the house about the bills and finishes, took our money and hounded us to move in (nearly £2000 a month, so not a cheap rental), zero customer service, no follow up with us in three months even though we're still having loads of issues with the place.

Google!!BE CAREFUL!! Our flat was robbed because of their negligence. Highly unresponsive and unprofessional. I truly hope the people who work there rent themselves and have to deal with property managers/agents equally incompetent... Do yourself a favor and stay away.
