We engaged Strutt & Parker to sell our country house property in May 2023. This turned out to be a very difficult period for property sales. We felt S & P gave us every support during this time, with regular communication, realistic appraisals and an enduring interest. We didn't feel that we went 'stale' and throughout the process S & P continued to promote our property and seek a buyer culminating in a successful sale. We are so very grateful for all that the team did to achieve this. We would definately recommend them.

GoogleHad the worst experience with this company - were looking to buy in Kensington A few years ago: We were living in Germany at the time and made an offer to flat which was being marketed by this company. Our offer was agreed. The agent managed To extract as much information from me about in terms Of what we had committed to in terms Of leaving Germany - he even insisted on seeing a copy of the surveyors report. When I flew back to sign he told me that the buyers had changed their mind- but would accept a much higher offer. We walked away at great cost to ourselves - I wish I had looked at legal Action. This is a dishonest horrible company with zero integrity. Pls avoid at all costs.

GoogleMy wife and I are moving to London and trying to find a furnished apartment from 6000 miles away was quite a task. I talked to Sian Merrilees at Strutt & Parker and told her what we wanted. Sian had a place in mind that was yet to go on the market. The flat had all the things on our list , including location. Once the place was available Sian facilitated everything smoothly and had good communication throughout, even being so far away. Nothing was too much trouble.

I am so glad I chose S&P to sell my large Georgian home. I have a long history of buying and selling houses so I almost expected the pitfalls and inefficiency that have become predictable from other agents. However, S&P's Consultant Gina Simpson made it a very short and pain-free process. I am sure behind the scenes she worked very hard, but for me her no fuss, no headache, and professional approach made it all go orderly and smoothly to its conclusion. Her negotiation skills on our behalf meant we ( she ) achieved almost the asking price in a home that is so unique it could easily have stuck around on the market if left to other agents' middle-of-the-road efforts.Gina is empathetic, full of great ideas and initiative for overcoming hurdles and is also very personable and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend S&P to anyone at any level, but in particular for high-end properties.
