This estate agent is the WORST!! Stay away from them!!!!The quality of tenants they sourced were terrible. They do not care and do any personal inspections. Property management is basically sending emails from an office. They do not care about your property at all. Terrible.

GoogleSuch a terrible experience. I absolutely would not advise any landlords to rent their property with Marsh & Parsons. I have been on both sides of the fence - as both a tenant and landlord. For the property in question, I was a tenant. Were I the landlord, I would have been sorely disappointed with the way in which my property was managed (or was not managed). 'Monthly checks' happened rarely, if ever. Minor maintenance issues were left unreported, becoming much bigger and more costly issues as a result. Repairs conducted by Marsh & Parsons contractors were undertaken in such a slap-dash way that they barely covered up issues, let alone fixed them. Upon leaving the property, our experience of having the deposit returned to us was so incredibly poor as to contravene almost every rule of the TDS. This was the result of Marsh & Parsons sitting on the check-out report for too long, not getting contractors to do costs for basic repairs and simply not communicating between landlord and tenant. As a result, we had to raise a complaint with the TDS - which I'm sure caused unnecessary headaches and stress for the landlord. My recommendation to any landlord - go with one of the myriad letting agents elsewhere in the area. Anything has to be better than Marsh & Parsons.

GoogleOverall I was very happy with the service provided by M&P North Ken. I sold my property for a good price and in a reasonably short time despite the slow down in the market. Jay advised me initially on the price negotiation and Sarah followed that up making sure we got the deal over the line. A couple of days ago the manager of another estate agents in the area called to ask how things were going, and when I told him that I'd already sold for a higher price than he had suggested, he said "well done for proving me wrong". I'd say that M&P are the best option in the area for selling more desirable properties at a good price and for reasonable fees.

Worst letting agency I have ever worked with. Took months to ever fix anything, always used contractors that would fight each other (including individual staff members) over who made what fault on what appliance years ago, always leading to us waiting with broken stuff. Terrible customer service.Avoid at all costs. Cannot more strongly advise against working with these people.

Right from the very beginning, Sarah won us over with her charm, professionalism and organisational skills. She went above and beyond to ensure all parties knew what was going on and was always available to answer any questions or chat through ideas. She is by far the best estate agent I have ever come across and would recommend her to anyone.

GoogleWe've dealt with a number of agents over the years, some average, some terrible but none who we've honestly felt have added value and had our interests at heart. Our recent purchase with Jay Badiani at Marsh & Parsons was our first experience of someone that cared about both the seller and the buyer (which we were). Knowledgeable, polite, considered and on point throughout the process even when it got a little tricky. Our experience with Jay meant buying a house was what it should be - exciting, important and personal.
