I wanted to express my disappointment with the way access to the property was handled during my tenancy. I made it clear that I was unavailable on the date you requested access, as I had an important hospital appointment that I was unable to reschedule. Despite this, I received numerous emails, pressing me to "make" myself available to accommodate your preferred timeline. Although I had clearly explained my circumstances, I ultimately went to considerable lengths to assist. I arranged for friends to collect the keys from me and stay overnight at my flat so that the technician could be granted access first thing the following morning. What I found particularly frustrating is that there appeared to be no genuine urgency requiring access on that specific date. As I was due to vacate the property shortly thereafter, the work could easily have been scheduled once I had moved out, avoiding significant inconvenience.

Baran Yildirim provided me with expert advice on the new Renters Rights legislation, furthermore he took it upon himself to update my tenants in writing and include the forms they needed to have/read - they are VERY satisfied with this, as it's quite a complex change. Baran's customer focus is outstanding, I just made an introductory phone call and he took the ball and ran with it; I and my tenants highly recommend his "can do" attitude and seeing the whole process through.

We rented a flat in Greenwich through Marsh & Parsons for about 18 months. The service for the tenant has been very professional. The flat is in a period house conversion so there were inevitably a few things that needed upgrading or fixing during that time, as it is an older property. The Marsh & Parsons reporting system worked well and my contact there (Debbie Lewis) was great at keeping me updated and arranging for contractors to visit at convenient times. Happy to recommend. GoogleEma Lowe at the Earls Court Branch recently facilitated a two year let for me on a gorgeous Chelsea flat. Ema is a wonderfully conscientious and intelligent realtor who will take care of all of your relocation needs. I cannot honestly say that I have had to move many times across many countries for work and I have never been looked after so well. Ema made sure the process was seamless, stress free and actually rather enjoyable. I have a lovely new home and I have Ema to thank for it all… if she wanted to be a lawyer one day I would hire her or recommend her to my colleagues. If you need a new home in zone one you should seek her out now because she will be snapped up soon - either by a client or a savvy real estate firm - she is due a promotion and a pay rise…. She won’t be there long so find your own home before it is too late to engage her services!

We rented a managed property through Marsh and Parsons. At the end of the tenancy the landlord tried to retain a lot of the deposit unreasonably. We ended up having to use the arbitration process. Abdullah was helpful and courteous throughout. He was mindful that the process was unfamiliar to us. He made sure we were treated fairly and offered guidance that made it easier to navigate the process.
