I would like to take a moment to praise the letting agents at Knight Frank who have been assisting me with my rental property. From the very first contact, Jason Ung, the negotiator, has been incredibly nice and patient. He promptly responded to my inquiries and diligently helped me find solutions to any issues that arose. During the move-in process, the team was welcoming and warm, creating a positive atmosphere.I also want to express my gratitude to Emma Soanes, my property manager. Since moving in, I have encountered several facility-related problems, and she has gone above and beyond to contact the landlord and other relevant parties. Her efforts have been remarkable in ensuring that these issues are addressed as quickly as possible.Overall, my renting experience thus far has been excellent, and I attribute this to the professionalism and expertise of Knight Frank as an agency.
