GoogleAlex Furno confirmed my viewing appointment verbally and by e-mail. It was a viewing of a Studio/1 bed flat. 15mn before the viewing (I was already at the location knowing that I had to leave work and cancel appointments), he calls me to cancel the viewing because it turned up it was a sharing flat and was under offer from yesterday. When I said why did you book the viewing then if it’s not firstly what I am looking for and secondly if its under offer before I even called to book a viewing. He answered that his colleague deals with this property more and that he wasn’t aware of it. So unprofessional ! Maybe communicate between each other and stop wasting people’s time.
