I want to draw attention to the immediate impact my new Property Manager Ruby Goddard has made. Upon taking over my account she had to sort through and relay a number of costly unresolved issues (not the best way to be introduced to a client). We worked together and within three days she clarified, negotiated and settled action to be taken - I couldn't ask for better. GoogleI had an extremely disappointing experience with the sales agents and this office several years ago when I was a student, and unfortunately, Lizzie N. was directly involved. They failed to disclose a major renovation project taking place directly beneath the apartment they rented to me. I unknowingly signed the lease, only to endure a full year of constant construction noise and vibrations from 7:30 AM to 5 PM daily, making the apartment almost unlivable. When my lease ended, they falsely accused me of causing damages, including chipping the kitchen counter and staining mattresses, among other things. Thankfully, I had taken a video when I first moved in that clearly documented these issues were pre-existing. Despite this, they refused to refund any portion of my deposit and stopped responding to my emails entirely. This experience occurred over six years ago, but it left a lasting impression. As someone who now works with reputable agents like those at Frank Knight in the USA, I’ve shared this story as a warning to others. Students, be cautious when dealing with this office or its agents!
