I have rented with Knight Frank since 2020, and everything was fine until recently. They agreed to allow an early surrender in December, with the landlord agreeing to February marketing and a March start date. (I paid 6 months in advance). They purposely did not market my flat in February and told me that until another two-bed was occupied, my flat would essentially not be marketed or be open to any viewings.
