We started renting with KFH last year and since then they have been nothing but unhelpful. I don’t know if it’s because we were immigrants and new to the renting industry but they forgot to mention lots of issues with the flat and that the landlord managed the property. The landlord not once helped us, the main door didn’t lock and he didn’t understand the issue, mold in the bathroom, broken domestic electrics that were never fixed etc. The fact that they accept these type of landlords tells you a lot. Furthermore, he hasn’t given us back our security deposit and the agency has done nothing to help us. When they started the flat views to rent it again they were unprofessional and impatient. I was working from home once, I had told the agent this information which she decided to ignore to then proceed to buzz again and again without an apology or thanks. Be careful with them.

Good communication and customer serviceWe recently sold our house having lived there for 27 years and so hadn't experienced the house moving process for a long time.Catherine who dealt initially with our sale before her maternity leave was excellent, keeping us informed throughout the process but without giving us unrealistic expectations. Jack then took over and also kept us regularly updated with calls and ensured a smooth end to the sale despite issues with one of the parties further down the chain.

I was a customer of the Acton office which was selling a property for me. The transaction was difficult and long involving a lease extension as part of the sale. Rossen and Harry Sims were excellent: both hard working and good natured. I am pleased to recommend them.

TrustpilotThe best estate agent in Wimbledon by some way
I can’t speak more highly of the team at KFH Wimbledon, particularly our main contact there Linda and the branch Manager, Jimmy. We had a difficult sale of our flat and purchase of our first house through them (it took two attempts over the course of a year!). They were patient, helpful, professional, pretty much always responsive and Linda had a great sense of humour which helped us see the bright side of things at the low points of our moving journey. With our house search, KFH were also never too pushy and didn’t try and flog properties to us that clearly weren’t what we were looking for, unlike other agents we dealt with in Wimbledon. Overall we wouldn’t hesitate to sell and buy with KFH again. Having dealt with almost all of the other names in out area over the past year, KFH are the best :)

Extremely poor agency. Throughout my two years living in their property, they never resolved any issues I reported, such as a dripping sink, broken fridge, and wall hooks falling off. They are now charging me for normal wear and tear and even attempting to charge me again for professional cleaning, which I had already paid for. Additionally, it has been two months since I moved out, and my deposit still hasn’t been returned. My property agent, Lauren Field, was unresponsive and failed to address any of my concerns. I strongly advise against working with this agency or renting their properties, especially the one near Borough station. They will try to steal your money.

Arranged a flat viewing with them, and Edmund Abatan couldn’t be bothered to inform me that the property was no longer on the market until I reached out on WhatsApp 40 minutes before the viewing, while I was already on my way. As if my time isn’t as valuable as theirs.

They kept in regular contact with updates. We felt they were absolutely doing their best for us in what turned out to be a difficult sale. We had to manage the sale of our parents house from a distance under emotional circumstances. They were supportive and took on extra responsibilities as we live so far away and couldn't get there at times. The buyer proved difficult and the sale was protracted but they handled it professionally and we got there in the end. Highly recommend this company. Thank you

FacebookI rent a flat where KFH provide property management services, and if I am being frank, the service they have provided to date is way below any standards. Whenever you contact them, you either don't get a reply, get a reply months after or will to be asked about something else. During my rent, they changed property manager three times already. Fixing issues takes them weeks. E.g. I moved into the flat and had to wait three weeks until they connected the door entrance bell. The same thing as the reported problem with kitchen lighting, and they haven't fixed it until today(3 months). :)
Why waste time with other managers why do you have a trusted manager who is reliable hurry up and start your trade with Miss EVELYN JOSHUA she's the best among all. I have tried 12 of them but she proves me right and helps me gain high profit. So why don't you invest with her don't say I did not recommend her to you ,,, all I did was make the first deposit of $600 and I make my withdrawal yesterday of $7500 I'm so happy and excited please and please hurry up and start earning money for the future now I'm going to invest for my children and siblings... GoogleWe tried looking for properties with other agencies here and there, however, none of them were as helpful and efficient as Nishaad at KFH (South Ken). We’d actually seen quite a number of properties before working with KFH, and had been unlucky with our search. Right out the gate, Nishaad was very friendly and professional. When our first offer for a property was unsuccessful, he wasted no time finding other suitable properties and offering alternatives to us on the very same day. I cannot emphasise enough just how efficient he is! As this was our first time renting, Nishaad was very understanding and extremely helpful. He answered any questions we had, making sure that we were clear on what was going and comfortable with our choice. He understood our requirements very well and worked very hard to get us our selected property. On top of this, he was very accommodating of our busy schedules, often answering and updating us outside of his working hours. Thank you to Nishaad for all his hard work and time. We could not recommend him more!

Nishaad was extremely helpful, accommodating, very professional, and trustworthy. He always answered our emails fast and did his best to support us. Not only was he attentive, sympathetic and helpful but he also kept checking up to see how he could do more. Honestly I could not have asked for more and I am indebted to him to making a difficult time much more manageable. Thanks to Nishaad I will definetely be using KFH again.

BATTERSEA BRANCH - AWFUL EXPERIENCE I would start by saying I never ever write bad reviews. I am a reasonable person and understand things (especially with property sales) don't always go in a straight line. However, when you sell a property (a 2bed with outdoor space in Battersea) with a supposedly reputable agency you expect some level of service. I have had a terrible experience with a particular agent at this branch which all could have been avoided with clear communication.I got one phone call with the initial offer and then I spent the next 4.5months chasing her. I firmly believe that her lack of urgency and clarity has cost me a lot of money so my advice is to do your due diligence before just agreeing to work with a particular agent. I wish I'd asked for some references! Even after settlement she is sending me threatening emails. Thank you to the branch's manager who stepped in and ultimately helped move things along but I just wish we'd never had to get there.

It’s been nearly one year of working with Kerry first, then Joseph, asking for multiple mortgage offers and it was never too much for them. I spoke with other brokers to make sure i was getting the best offers, and can hand on heart say that KFH had the best customer service and the best rates too. They reduced our rates before exchange by nearly 100 pounds a month. They truly restored our trust in brokers after having an incredibly bad experience the first time we purchased a home. I have already recommended these guys to friends and will use them again.
