We were extremely happy with all the mortgage advice given to us by Sawan and Sharon. They were patient and indwith us, but extremely prompt and timely whenever we needed anything. Their advice was very thorough and expert and we felt in really safe hands. Highly recommend both. Thank you.

I recently purchased a flat using the KFH West Hampstead Branch and I was extremely happy with the whole process. The team was very helpful and professional. I also would like to remark that, comparing with the rest of the local Estate Agents, KFH had by far the best properties on their portafolio. I consequently put the flat in the rental market using again KFH, this time the letting team. I was amazed that the same day I received the keys for the flat, the team had already found a tenant. And even a tenant ready to pay above the asking price. Well done KFH West Hampstead. Many thanks for all your help.

This company has the be the worst building management company. last year they left 10 apartments without heating and hot water for 3 months. They never reply to enquiry or emails, even the CEO Mr Watts can’t be bothered to reply. today the whole building 70+ apartments have no water at all.. again no one at KFH are replying to emails.

I am renting a property through the East Dulwich branch. We were told we would have access to the large communal garden at the front and after three months they haven't given us a key. The communal garden is actually being managed by another company who claim KFH 'keep doing this'. They don't really don't care so we're taking legal action.

I was diagnosed with cancer during the sale of my property. Although my original buyer pulled out within days they found a new buyer who proceeded with the sale at the original price. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who wishes to sell their property or rent their property out. I was really touched by the kindness of all the staff.

KFH's Muswell Hill letting team, Danica, Kam and Stephanie, are my favourite: flexible enough to cope with unexpected concerns; brave enough to push back against unreasonable demands; and, above all, honourable enough to stand by the agreements they make. In addition, they come with a bonus: a nice sense of humour.

There are a litany of issues: problems ensuring that a leak was dealt with in time, costing me a significant amount of money; having to chase constantly for responses; I had to request them to increase the rent to market rates - not being proactive; etc

Always very good at getting new tenants quickly & then checking them out if they can afford the rent.They keep us up to date with the process.Rent notification is also very good & efficient.Inly thing we don’t like is the advertising board outside our property as it’s in a cul de sac seems pointless & they didn’t ask first.
