no deposit back after 10 weeks I rented from John D Wood for 2 years. They were unbelievably incompetent and non-responsive for the entire tenure. now I have to ring them every week to try to get my deposit back.

GoogleI had a pleasure to use Faron Sutaria service when I was searching to rent my new apartment in London. I was attended by polite and extremely helpful Laura, who have screened their offerings in order to take me to selected places. Given my limited time and extensive travel they were flexible accommodate my time limitations to see these flats. Once I placed an offer Laura and the rest of team took care of all the formalities and a week later I was able to move into my newly rented flat, which was exactly in condition agreed with the Landlord. I would recommend them strongly if you're in need to rent or buy! Good job Earl's Court team!

GoogleGreat team. Everyone in the office is informed, enthusiastic and ready to act. From the beginning, Faron Sutaria worked to meet my needs. They chose to show only the properties that ticked all the boxes. The agent working with me (Laura Price) was energetic throughout, and did not try to force anything on me. The excellent customer service continued even after I signed the tenancy agreement. When I need to find a new place to stay, I'm coming back to Faron Sutaria.

GoogleFriendly team, providing excellent service in each step ! I relocated to UK a few months ago, and it was my first time to have a letting in London. Jessica welcomed and guided me through all the processes, supporting me proactively in each step afterward. In just a couple of days before the Easter holiday, she managed to complete the letting process for the flat I liked coordinating everything. I would highly recommend this agency :)

Expect this company to be totally negligent returning your deposit (even if your landlord agreed for this to be released). They will make you chase your own money for weeks after you moved out, an absolute nightmare.

The worst agent service I have ever seen in my life. We have been dealing with them for more than a year. We wrote a letter to them complaining and nothing was ever done. They delegate their work to everyone, they just pretend they work. Never hire them.

J D Wood did a fantatic job helping us sell our flat in Wimbledon Park. We faced a few hurdles that were unexpected but Chris and Lewis got things on track and got the sale through when we had given up. I would thouroughly reccomend them if you are considering selling a property.

Had a really good experience! Ellie Bowers the estate agent I was in contact with was very nice, efficient... She showed me a few properties and really into consideration what I liked and did not liked and found me the ideal flat. Her approach was not as salesy as can be with some other estate agents. Feels like she really cares about her customers. I would highly recommend.

The tenants that JDW found for me in 2019 decided to leave after one year, disappointingly, but JDW (Trinity Road branch, SW18) found two people who appear to be excellent replacements, with only a 10-day void. The necessary arrangements were all made in a professional manner. I'd particularly like to single out Shoeni Oates for the excellent service and advice I've received as an inexperienced landlord.
