I found the team at Fulham led by Eduard to be very caring and thorough, quick to respond to any queries. The team's personable approach made a big difference and built trust between us from the get go. Thank you for a successful outcome along a very smooth journey of interactions between us.

TrustpilotJ D WOOD Parsons Green
The Parsons Green office have been absolutely wonderful in the sale of our property in Fulham, offering excellent advice and exceptional service. Adrian and Molly in particular have been wonderful to work with - they are incredibly knowledgeable, and so supportive. Couldn’t recommend the team more highly!

GoogleF.S. provided a truly excellent service and obtained a very good price for the property. Keri Mamhoud was especially pro-active.

GoogleHarriet is always so professional and helpful at all the viewings. Love to work with her !

GoogleI thought Faron Sutaria did a really good job when it came to selling my flat.. and Caterina in that office, went the extra mile in making sure the transaction progressed. At no point did she let it drift. I was wondering whether you needed estate agents anymore, given that everything is on Rightmove anyway.. but it turns out they can make quite a difference.

TrustpilotAwful experience
Awful experience. Reached end of tenancy and despite instructions being followed and agreement with the Landlord, no return of deposit as yet. Seem incapable of resolving the issue - or do not want to do so. A sad end to the tenancy and completely unnecessary. I would recommend you look elsewhere.

GoogleSimon provided helpful guidance and advice throughout the sale process! Huge thank you to him and all the team at John D Wood (Earls Court). Would certainly recommend.
Harry, thank you for taking the time to let us know how happy you are with the service you received. Kind regards, Mark

TrustpilotTerrible agents
Terrible agents, a bunch of kids who do not know what they’re doing. Awful at keeping you updated on the progress and very disorganised. You have to chase them and only to find out that something hasn’t been done or done too late thus you ending up missing out on the property! What a waste of time

I am very happy with the attention Alexandra Crocker, Emily Hughes and Harry Crookenden are given to me in regard to the short-let tenancy of my flat.Any issue I have they try to solve immediately .I recommend John D Wood for the very professional and experienced people they have.

TrustpilotThe worst of all
The worst of all. Penelope Leng showed me a property that is not ready to move in. And the renting price is increased when I told her that I want to rent. I don't know the company but I know the letting negotiator who made me unhappy about the whole experience.

TrustpilotBad tenant Chris Witts
J D Wood let my flat in Weybridge. The bad tenant Chris Witts stopped paying the rent and left the flat damaged and very dirty. He would not admit his financial responsabilities, luckily I was able to recover the debt from the deposit through mydeposits.

TrustpilotWhat a joke
What a joke! The epitome of bad and distrustful estate agents. We arranged a viewing with the Esher office and no one showed up- no email, text, call, WhatsApp- to even tell us they were late or having to cancel. And worse still- the property we arranged to view and sat waiting for 20 min was already sold.

GoogleWe can’t recommend John D Wood Earls Court highly enough. They did an excellent job selling our flat. A lovely team that go above and beyond.
Thank you for your 5* review of our team and I am pleased to see that you would recommend them without hesitation. Kind regards, Emma

TrustpilotVery unprofessional
Very unprofessional, extremely hard to get hold of when you want something done.

GoogleWe've recently leased an apartment with the help of Faron Sutaria (Old Brompton Road branch) and it has been a very good experience, not in the least because of Laura Price, the agent who advised us. She was very professional, patient, positive and went the extra mile. Faron Sutaria have a good selection of properties and know the market well.

GoogleAfter a hugely unexpected lessor cancellation on a previous flat, Faron Sutaria did a fantastic job at helping find a great flat. And on top of that they made all arrangements and finished the paperwork within three days. This really was above and beyond. And thanks especially to Laura who was my point of contact during the entire process.

GoogleLaura did an excellent job letting a flat for me, and was extremely efficient, getting the flat let within 2 days. I really appreciated her hard work and good communication, alongside Lisa's, which meant all the paperwork happened quickly and with little hassle. I can very much recommend them if you are letting a flat in the area.
