TrustpilotDependable & Reactive
Honestly, working with Bective was very smooth. They’ve found a lovely tenant, honoured legacy commercial terms and been organised, informed and approached things with a ‘can do’ attitude. I’m grateful!

I must say that working with Imogen at Druce was an absolute pleasure! Her advice on the current market trends was honest and sincere, which was a breath of fresh air compared to others!Although I ended up finding my perfect flat through another agency, I have no doubt that I will be using Druce again! Imogen's professionalism and expertise in the industry were impressive and truly made the experience enjoyable.

Charlie Round from your Nottinghill office has been an exemplary agent. He checked in regularly and gave us honest assessments of the market. He also understood our needs and really tried to help us find a property. We really enjoyed speaking to him and working with him. In the end, we had to go to another area which was cheaper but will definitely keep him in mind in case another opportunity arises. House hunter relocated from Hong Kong

Very friendly and professional team. My friend who works for another estate agent in Holland Park recommended Bective Brook Green to me. He said they are the best in the area. Special thanks to Jacinta.

TrustpilotGreat service: professional, energetic, responsive
I worked with the rentals team at Bective's Notting Hill branch to let my two bedroom flat in the area. My outgoing tenant was rather challenging yet Rob and Charlie managed to work with her amazingly well. Having had a bad experience with said tenant, I had quite strict tenant criteria and turned down two bids that Bective put forward. I was prepared for them to get discouraged and focus on other properties. Instead, they continued to market the property with professionalism and energy that I have not witnessed in my 10 years as a landlord. I will use them again for sure.

GoogleI recently rented a lovely flat through this office. One of the lettings agents, Harry, was super helpful and made the whole process stress-free. Apart from being friendly and profesional, he had the best recommendations of local places around the area. Honestly, best experience I've ever had renting in London!
