I've work with Kimberley Oldham at Bective Notting Hill to manage a small portfolio of rental properties in W2/W9 for many years. She is super responsive, highly motivated and even in the current bleak rental market has been able to source me some excellent and hopefully long term tenants. I can't recommend her and the whole Bective team in Notting Hill enough

Charming and extremely efficient from start to completion. This made selling a very positive experience. Once the sale was agreed our agent regularly chased up all parties and kept us up to date. When we struggled to get answers from our legal team she would usually get to the bottom of any issues and solve them quickly.I highly recommend the whole office.
