GoogleExcellent service - we rented a property in Brook Green and found their property management to be very attentive and solved our problems immediately. In particular our washing machine broke down and Oliver managed to get someone out the next morning to fix it! Five stars to them and will be recommending all my friends that they use Bective

Bective have been a delight to work with so far! After a terrible experience with another agent in the area we were so pleased to come across Bective. They are efficient, diligent and very communicative. Would 100% recommend.

GoogleBLM were one of three Agents advertising my property for sale. BLM excelled on all counts: property presentation, professionalism, communication, reliability, tenacity, consistency. They ultimately secured a successful sale in challenging market conditions. I would recommend them (the Ladbroke Grove office particularly) to anyone wishing to sell or let property in London.

TrustpilotNotting Hill rental
We had a great experience securing a rental property through Bective's Notting Hill branch and received stellar service from Kim and Jozef. This was our second experience with Bective, having rented our previous flat through Kim last year. Bective's team is professional, attentive and fast. Highly recommend.
