Dexter recently took over the Estate agency I was with originally. Bethany and Charlie have been great. They are on the ball and any issues they get resolved quickly.

We are a current tenant and have raised multiple issues with the landlord however Dexters continually give us messages that they are following up on the issue but no correspondence from there on. Issues like a broken fridge took more than 2 weeks to be sorted and we have outstanding issues that have been "followed on" for months.Dexters have shown they will align themselves with the landlord and not the tenant.

When leaving a joint tenancy, all parties spoke to Dexters, agreed everything and notice was handed in. 3 months later went back on explicit guidance to try to extract additional charges from both tenant and landlord. Staff member was unhelpful and lied about past advice given. Do not recommend working with this company.

Avoid at all costs!They are very unprofessional and disrespectful! They are not helpful at all and keep on dragging every request you may have! The staff is rude and not to be trusted! I had the worst rental experience ever and I wouldn’t recommend them!

Buying a property being sold via Dexters was one of the worst experiences of my life. They failed to determine that the property they were selling had a Japanese knotweed issue costing us time and money. We were constantly harassed for updates even after we had given them, then threatened with the seller choosing another bidder. I will never go near this Estate Agent again.

GoogleGreat office with the most amazing team. My property is managed by Shernitta Hutchinson she is always very responsive and quick to resolve any issues you have. She definitely goes the extra mile. Shernitta has made the experience of letting out my property go ever so smoothly and stress free. I was at ease at the start but she reassured me that all would be fine and updates me after her inspections. I would highly recommend using Dexters property management.

Landlords beware!!! Thanks to this company ignoring instructions and locking me into a two year fixed priced contract with no break clauses I am losing money. But they of course are only interested in securing themselves for two years. Never heard of no break clauses but Dexters look after themselves. BEWARE OF HENDON OFFICE!!!
