Highly recommend!

Decided to go against my doubt for estate agents and called Dexters to see if they could arrange a viewing for me. I can highly recommend Dexters, especially the very helpful staff member (Tyler Dennis) who was very proactive and helpful in catering to my property preferences. I appreciated the level of honesty and his easygoing approach in dealing with what is now a "crazy" property market.

I have recently reported a couple of issues and the property managers have responded quickly and sorted them out within a reasonable time. Staff working in the property management team and the contractors have been so far helpful, professional and friendly. One suggestion for improvemenr: having a dedicated phone line or chat, or access to an online form to report non-emergency issues.

I tried attaching a PDF of my case for returning a deposit, which took me more than 3 months. In short, living with Dexter’s was a hell and it will shorten your life gravely. All my requests to fix things were ignored (like electricity or washing machine issue) and eventually I was charged for those things. We had to pay extra 150£ for the cleaning of 1m square terrace in addition to £300 of “professional clean” of the house. Also they wanted to take 150£ for 4 lightbulbs! Must have been purchased on Sotheby’s! Moreover, 70£ were demanded from my deposit to cover the holes in the wall which were acknowledged when I moved in, - all evidence attached. All requested “fixes” to my deposit are attached with images below. Most importantly, the problem of a psychologically unstable flat mate which attacked me at 7 AM in my own bed was never addressed... police case attached. I had to find a new flat mate myself! And live with a crazy person or another month and a half. It’s unheard of... no other agent would allow such a situation. For Dexter’s people are numbers. Anything unrelated to your rent or getting your money is not their concern. In fact, we were bothered by the agency 3 times with threats of a find for late payment when in fact they received the money. I wasted my heath, money and time dealing with this agency! I cannot imagine going through this again.
