This is the first time I’ve let a property and I’ve found the islington branch to be excellent .. I’ve dealt with Adam king and Jude hill and they both been great ( being new to this I’ve had lots of questions and they both been on hand to answer all my queries immediately !!) they rented my property within days of me instructing them which is fantastic .. excellent and professional service would happily recommend them .

Worst estate agency, was a nightmare living in 121A Darwin Road. No sound proof, creaky floors, history of neighbours fighting bcoz of it. Being let out inspite of all this. Property Manager never replies back to emails. No action taken even after 9 months. Boiler was broken from almost a month and lived without heating or hot water. Finally gave up and moved out. Not a word of apology from them, they are chasing now regarding contract.

Dexters manages the apartment I rent in Lower Holloway, they are very supportive and quick whenever we signal an issue in the property. During the last visit, their Senior Property Manager Petros Giorganios went above and beyond in showing us how to better use and maintain the heating system, on top of being very kind and courteous.

GoogleI've had an extremely unsatisfactory experience. The noise issue, which has persisted for two weeks, is significantly affecting our sleep and overall well-being. Regrettably, Dexters continues to assert that it is not their responsibility to address this matter. There was no solution for any problems we met and the team was really inefficient. Never rent from Dexters.

Really great experience. When we asked for approval to upgrade some kitchen appliances, our account manager Neil went out of his way to talk to the landlord, not only obtaining approval but also a split cost agreement and managing to find the same appliances at a cheaper discounted price. Thanks!

We dealt with Zen from the Battersea branch when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house (!) the other evening. We called the branch immediately, Zen was the only person left in the office and was just about to leave for the day, but she kindly stayed and waited for us to get there so we could pick up a spare set of keys. GoogleBeth helped me find my dream flat! I had dealt with savills for my previous flat and I was quite shocked at how they treated me and always found them to be too pushy. However when I came across Dexters at old Brompton road, beth was so accommodating even coming in earlier one morning because she knew it was the only time I could do and dealt with everything for me and it was such an easy process. She is very professional and knowledgable and didn’t give me any false information. I am so grateful to her for helping me and I would recommend her to anybody looking for a flat! GoogleWe had a very successful experience with Ajay Patel from Dexters. Ajay was helpful in finding a flat to rent, after hearing what are our needs. When we went to see the place, he was prompt and polite. The process of getting the landlord accept the offer was clear, straight forward, the other agents in their South Kensington office were helpful, jolly and polite. When I needed help with the forms and the information clarified, Ajay and his colleagues were very kind and patient. Overall, a very positive experience and straight forward process. Highly recommend this office.
