Utterly incompetent. Cash buyer for a flat and they will not respond to repeated viewing requests. Fulham branch I would avoid like the plague. If I was the seller I would replace them immediately

GoogleWe were tenants of a property managed by Justine Waterman from Chesterton’s and I cannot praise her highly enough. She always responded to any issues with efficiency and politeness. When we had water damage, caused by a neighbouring flat, she liaised with the landlord and tenant, instructed a contractor and ensured the issue was resolved in good time to a high standard. Finally she helped with a very smooth check out process and the full return of our deposit.
