By far the worst agency for tenants and landlords

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience with Chestertons Fulham lettings and property management. Multiple issues with the property left unresolved, we finally decided to cut our losses and leave, didn’t receive any compensation for living in a property which had stains and leaks and other issues, instead we were charged an early vacating fee. Escalated to management and then senior management, no one cared. It’s been 3 years we are still scarred by our horrible experience with this company and would not recommend it to our worst enemy. Stay well clear if you value your sanity.

Gregor, the key to a fantastic first rental experience with Chestertons

I can't recommend Gregor Scott and Chestertons enough! We were looking for quite specific rental requirements in terms of accessibility and to tight timings and Gregor was absolutely fantastic. In addition to incredible professionalism and expertise, he went above and beyond, was incredibly proactive to help me secure the perfect rental, brilliantly guiding me along the way and made the whole process smooth and incredibly human. He thoughtfully and skilfully balanced tenant and landlord needs to get to the best solution, adaptively navigating any unexpected solutions. Excellent experience with Catherine Strachan and Ian Barrett! They helped us in finding our long term family home in Kensington. Catherine was nothing but patient, honest and hard working throughout the whole process from the very first viewing, whilst actually making a real effort to build a great relationship with me and my wife throughout the process so that we feel looked after. Ian took us through the ups and downs of the last minute negotiations we had and made it happen. Buying a home can be a stressful process and finding a good estate agent very difficult, but Catherine and Ian were both fantastic. 10/10. Our dream home thanks to them!

I want to write about my wonderful experience with Niema.After 4 years of dealing with another agency, Niema from Chesterton took over the managing of our property and from the first phone call (I was already surprised she called) I was so impressed that I remember thanking her for being so professional and prompt in finding a solution to our situation.Quite honestly I had lost all my trust in Agencies after my previous experience but I am now really hopeful.Niema is proactive, professional, quick at problem solving and lovely to speak to. I rented a property through Chesterton's for two years and from the moment my partner and I moved into the property James Smith the Property Manager made the process and duration of our stay smooth sailing.
