GoogleMy experience has been great from the start with Poole Townsend. Cally especially is an asset to the team. She is efficient, helpful and has always taken the time to explain and go through anything that hasn't been clear to me. She is reliable and always makes sure she knows the answer to any questions I have when responding to me via email or phone call. They have made everything with my sale easy so far and I am very thankful for this!

GoogleFantastic service from start to finish. Cally and all her team have been a pleasure to deal with. Having had our house on the market with another estate agent for 2 months we switched to Poole Townsend and they organised lots of viewings and sold our house straight away. We should have used them to start with !!! Communication has been great and I can’t fault any aspect of their service. I would highly recommend Poole Townsend and would always use them from now on. Very happy customer :)

FacebookI recently re located to Cumbria and bought my property through Poole Townsend. I dealt with Kellie from the Milnthorpe office. She was really professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. She always contacted me when she said she would and went out of her way to help with all my enquiries, even after the sale. I can’t recommend them enough. 5* service.

GoogleWe experienced the efficiency of Poole Townsend in 2021 when buying our first house in Kendal so decided to choose them when we sold. Everything so far has been dealt with brilliantly and happily we sold within 3 days of our first viewing. I have been particularly impressed by the cheerful and calm manner of Cally Hall who has guided us efficiently through the process so far. Also Amy and Jill have been so helpful. We used the conveyancing services before and were amazed how quickly and efficiently everything was dealt with, particularly so soon after lockdown in 2021so are looking forward to the same excellent service again.

As both services were at the same office, it meant we didn't have to liaise with other businesses and meant the house Sale went through as smoothly as possible. They sold our property within 4 days! Facebookbought a house from them and it was a totally nightmare I wanted to walk away from the house their solicitors are terrible never get back in contact with my solicitors. I would advice not to buy or sell your property with them.
