GoogleDay and co have been great for the whole period of our house sale which included one buyer pulling out and our own problems in finding a property to move to. I would really like to mention Georgina who has been incredibly supportive, proactive. empathetic and efficient throughout the process. She always has every detail to hand, is always positive, and keeps every party up-to-date which really helps the whole process. She has been a total star.

GoogleI viewed a property with dim&co and it had sold, so I emailed that if for any reason it fell through I would be interested. this property did fall through again twice to my knowledge and I was not contacted by the incompetent staff that allegedly work there. I saw it come on the market again on right move. I would never sell with dim&co and reluctantly buy with these if I had no other choice. Poor service all round!!

GoogleBev and Rebecca. Where do I start. I honestly couldn’t recommend Day&co high enough! They certainly worked hard and put every effort into my property going out on rent. Should my tenancy come to an end I will be using them again! It’s worth noting I had 6 letting agents come and view my property but Bev understood that this was not a business transaction for me and something very personal - this is why I chose Bev. She understood my values and thoughts from day one. Well done ladies. Thank you x

GoogleAfter looking to buy several properties over the last 12 months I've taken the decision I've been wasting my time viewing properties with this company and I've asked to be removed from their marketing database. After finding a property I wanted to buy, and offering the asking price, I was then asked to make a blind 'Best and Final' offer, which means of I end up buying the property I'll always wonder if I've paid too much, and if I end up not buying the property I'll be left feeling I could have paid a little more. Loose - Loose for me, so I withdrew. It was explained to me that since they have become so busy in the last 12 months they do not have the time to go back and forth with customers, even though that would get a better price for the vendor. I also see that they are increasingly offering properties to be sold by the 'Modern method of auction' which basically means you'll be paying loads of additional fees on top of the purchasing price and have a short window to complete your purchase. I wouldn't buy through this company and I definitely wouldn't sell through them. I've just sold a property completely free of selling fees through Strike and highly recommend you take a look.NegativeQuality

GoogleIt was an absolute pleasure to deal with Georgina. She went above and beyond every single time that we had a query or a problem, nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very professional and diligent in dealing with the purchase of our first home. Purchasing a house is no doubt a very stressful time, however she made the overall experience a very positive one. In addition, all Day & Co staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleI would highly recommend Day&Co Estate agent. From viewing the house to getting the keys Bev who was dealing with the property was and still is absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and always helpful when needing her opinion. After viewing other houses with different estate agents I'm glad that I finally found a lovely home to rent through day & co what a great customer service they are. Very fast with applications and reassuring that everything was fine. Had the keys within 2 weeks of viewing! Absolutely brilliant :)

GoogleHave been impressed with Day and Co since their first visit to the house to discuss what they could do for us. Undoubtedly knowledgeable about the local market, they were streets ahead of three other agents and they have been true to their initial promises ever since. Despite two chains falling through, neither of which were Day and Co’s fault, they have continued to provide a superb level of service to us and we are particularly grateful to Georgina Lund for keeping us completely up to date throughout this most stressful period by way of her fabulous communication skills and understanding. We have moved many times before but have never been kept so up to date with progress than we have this time by Georgina, indeed we have never had to chase them or her up. Most highly recommended.
