They priced it correctly so that it actually sold, unlike all the others. The team members are very attentive and conscientious and nothing is too much to ask. GoogleI cant say as a buyer we were given much explainations or feedback when our accepted offer was ultimately rejected. Though i undestand these things happen, it seemed their approach was totally bias to the seller and not much care in dealing with us, especially that we had travelled a long way twice to secure the propery and spent time and money on architect drawings. Not a good experience sadly.

GoogleI booked to view a house with this estate agent. Gave them my details. The day of the viewing came... waited and waited for someone to come show us around but nobody came...until i phoned,only to be told that the house had been sold that morning. Why where they still taking viewings if the seller had accepted an offer? Another note, they didnt tell me the door number and no email about details of the viewing either. Like other estate agencies do. Very unprofessional.

GoogleWaiting to have a house valued. Found Day & co. Quite a new company amongst the seasoned pros here in keighley. However I must add very professional in how they deal with potential clients. I was rang by chris an hour earlier then my designated slot, sadly my phone was on silent so was unable to hear it. One hour on I rang back the company to say If my appointment was cancelled for me not getting back in touch. By the time I put the phone down and went downstairs within 5 minute chris had already appeared at our door. Whilst he was here evaluating he was very professional in his approach. Before him leaving our premises he left us with a pack with a couple of freebies (wont ever say no to free pens mind you 😉). Will recommend them for others.

GoogleAs a buyer I certainly would not recommend Day & co. The whole process from start to finish was abysmal. They do not tell the truth, they are naturally biased towards the sellers but have no idea how to value a property. They will lie and push you into paying for surveys on properties they know are not even fit for purpose and also will take every lead possible no matter how far into the purchase you are. Their attitude is horrible and I would avoid at all costs. Please don’t fall into the same trap we did, they’re are MUCH better, proper companies out there!

A couple of firm offers were made and after the necessary due diligence, Bev advised that we had new tenants. A great slick service, from the instruction to the completion.
