GoogleLouise, the Mortgage & Protection Adviser is absolutely brilliant! She is incredibly professional, realistic and experienced. Louise's vast experience was able to save us a lot of money when we re-mortgaged, cannot thank her enough. Louise kept us well informed throughout the process and was very realistic and approachable at all times. I have recommended her to everyone in the market and will continue to do so. GoogleHi all please don't trust this company or there small print forms paid a holding deposit overnight to hold a property 25 Springfield Road in Keighley was overnight I had to cancel the application the next day as I couldn't get hold of my guarantor they cancelled my application without any explanation told me I wouldn't be getting my holding deposit back as I should have read terms and conditions I'm registered as disabled so a nice way for them to make £215.00 for an overnight work they use a vetting company called vouch who want to know everything apart from your shoe size this service costs them £17.00 or so they say been on vouch it costs £7.00 I for one will not be using this company ever again wouldn't give my landlord guarantor new landlords number so he could give him her his earnings didn't want a third party who has no right anyway they know who will be leaving this review Mr Gary Cliffe I suffer also with severe depression so didn't even think they would keep my holding deposit a definate no from me for this company should be a half star nice way to make £200.00 from people on benefits disabled people at that please people avoid this company if you value your MONEY AVOID PLEASE DON'T FALL INTO THERE MONEY MAKING TRAP AND SMALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GoogleI can't recommend Day And Co enough! As a first-time homebuyer, I was pretty nervous about the whole process, but they made it incredibly smooth and stress free. From the initial viewings to the final closing, their team was professional, responsive and genuinely cared about finding the right home for me. Also a big shoutout to Georgina Lund, who went above and beyond to guide me every step of the way. She was always available to answer my questions, offer advice, and provide support. Her expertise and dedication were invaluable. I would recommend to all, definitely if you are a first time buyer and you are unsure about the process, Day And Co is the agents you need. GoogleOur house move process, was a very long one. But it is fair to say that had absolutely nothing to do with Sally and the team at Day & Co. Probably one of the most trickiest and complex sales they have ever had to do, in which Sally's efforts and communication throughout, was absolutely faultless. Always willing to go above and beyond, to keep you in the loop. We cannot thank Sally, and recommend Day & Co's services enough, genuinely. Thank you

GoogleWe have bought our new home through Day & Co and Kate has been the most helpful and engaged person involved in the entire process. Day & Co have worked hard on behalf of both sides of the sale and actively held it all together through the harder moments, going above and beyond. I wish that in our own sale, we had an Estate Agent who was as engaged and proactive! Whilst I hope that we stay in our new home for many many years to come, if we do ever come to moving again, I wouldn't hesitate to use Day & Co.

They only let properties that are of an excellent standard, and make sure that everything is ready to move in. Highly recommend.

Shout out to Kate who has been instrumental in getting our purchase over the line despite us being victims of the PM Law fraud. Our advice?......don't go anywhere else!

GoogleI've had experience with this company and a house rented from them before. They very stubbornly refused to fix any issues with the house ignoring requests I sent them to the point that I had to leave as the house had turned into a dusty mold amalgam. prior to this a manager came to the property for an inspection and I saw them kick my cat out of their way when they thought I wasn't looking. Bad company overall I wouldn't trust them as they clearly have no respect for people who rent from them.

In the space of a few hours a negotiation for the sale of a property was reached and the property taken off the market. Fantastic service. As someone who has worked in this field for 20+ years myself, I have experienced good estate agents and poor estate agents, and Day & Co are definitely one of the best around. From the speed of which Chris came out to do the valuation and list our property (and his local knowledge), to them overseeing the viewings, and progressing the chain throughout to completion. The service received was exceptional from everyone (Sally Lauren Erin Georgina - too many to mention!) - they always kept us updated. Whilst it helps that I have got to know the team professionally over the years and have regular dealings with them, I know the personal service we received for our own sale and purchase is exactly what they do for all their customers (they do a brilliant job!) - you just know they genuinely care. GoogleAfter the first buyer sadly passed away, and the chain fell apart, Day & Co worked tirelessly to find another buyer. They were very quick to respond to situations, getting the house back on the market the very next day and the sale sign back up. All of the agents were professional, helpful, friendly, and great when it came to assisting with viewings. Special thanks to Kate for finally pushing the sale through. GoogleWe began our house search in November and all the houses we viewed seem to be listed by Day & Co, we had a very positive experience at all of our viewings, no pushy sales tactics but just nice friendly looks around the properties and they had answers to all of our questions. Clare and the team were fantastic from start to finish after we made an offer we were taken care of all the way through, we are really thankful for all the work at Day & Co and couldn't be happier with their service.
