We chose Day and Co to sell our property recently and couldn’t have been happier with the service that we received from the team. From the initial knowledgable and realistic valuation through to negations and then completion, all members of the team were professional yet very friendly to work with. It always felt as though they had our best interests at heart, and they guided us through the sale process in a confident manner with support and patience. For something as important as a house sale, it’s crucial to feel supported and heard by the agent that you choose to work with. Day and Co certainly achieved this. Georgina was our main point of contact - fantastic from day one, she would always offer a listening ear and support us to get the best outcome. We also used the services of Louise to secure us a mortgage for our next property, and likewise she has been very thorough, helpful and professional in finding the best deal for us. I would highly recommend Day and Co estate agents.

Me and my partner are in the process of selling our first home. Sold in a short space of time, weekly updates, and all the staff have been amazing, polite and attentive to all our needs. I would like to give Chris and Erin a quick mention as their customer service is second to none. A little side note, we were let down by a surveyor and we rang Day and Co and had a survey sorted , booked and paid for within the hour. We can not recommend them enough, if we could give 10 stars we would :)

Recently found our first home with the help of Day and Co Keighley. Georgina in particular was absolutely amazing, she was so professional throughout aswell as the other staff in the team. I would highly recommend Day&Co. I rented my house the same house for 5 years. Over that period the letting agent changed 3 times. Bev was miles better than anyone else I dealt with. She was always really helpful and kept me informed of anything I needed to know. I cannot stress how much better it was dealing with Bev than the previous letting agent! We eventually bought the property from the landlord and Bev was brilliant throughout that as well.

As a Landlord I can thoroughly recommend Day and Co in Keighley. Chris Day was exceptionally helpful when I needed help to successfully appeal a mortgage revaluation in 2021. This expertise and assistance led me to appoint Day and Co as full managing agents for the property, to find a new tenant for 2022. Bev, Lettings Manager was amazing and made the whole process so easy. She has a great ‘can do’ attitude, nothing was too much trouble. Her experienced, professional approach was especially reassuring as I was unable to travel to the property. A new and creditable tenant was found quickly and moved in without fuss or delay. Brilliant from start to finish! We bought and sold through Day & Co and they made everything incredibly easy. It didn't matter who we spoke to within the office, each and everyone was friendly, helpful and went out of their way. Unfortunately, we instructed a Solicitor who was completely abysmal (not a local one) and who made the whole process extremely long and stressful. Sally went out of her way multiple times to chase, advise and keep everyone in the loop. Her patience and perseverance were first class.
