GoogleDay & Co have been brilliant throughout the process of buying our first home. Georgina has kept us up to date and well informed throughout. Louise has been fantastic through the whole process of arranging our mortgage and guiding us every step of the way. Both have been incredibly patient and answered every question we had. I could not thank them enough for making it as easy as possible and would certainly recommend them and Day & Co in future.

There are cheaper estate agents out there, but if you want a reliable service that remains focussed on your sale and committed to providing the best possible experience, I’d recommend Day & Co.

GoogleWe pulled out of a purchase with Day & Co due to the surveyor report findings. Although, during the process our experience with Day & Co on a whole was 5* throughout. Our broker Louise has especially been fantastic and very helpful during the process, she is still our broker now that we've settled on a new property and the transition has been smooth thanks to Louise :)

GoogleI would just like to thank Amy and the rest of the team for their work in helping with a purchase chain. We did not buy or sell through Day and Co as our sale was in fact private (had no estate agents) but Amy was able to help with organising exchange and completion dates in the rest of the chain when the one of the conveyancers had not been communicating very well. This recent period has to have been the hardest time for anyone involved in conveyancing, so thanks again for your friendly yet professional assistance!

GoogleI would certainly recommend Day & Co . I sold a house with them a few months ago . Chris took some lovely pictures. I employed a solicitor myself from Waddington Turner Wall keighley who I wouldn't use again because they were terribly slow. If I phoned Lynn , from Day & Co she helped by contacting my solicitors and the buyers solicitors which helped move them along. I would also like to thank Claire and Jess for their help too. Just recently I recommend them to my son and his girlfriend. They are very happy because within a couple of weeks they had an offer and their sale is now progressing. I think they have a meeting daily first thing in a morning in the office. By sharing important information about potential sales and buyers etc. means everyone is working effectively . Because buying and selling changes at a fast pace I always think with any good business the sharing of information within a team is the key to success.

GoogleHad a couple of great experiences with Day & Co. Chris and the team sold my mums house really quickly with no hassle at all, and more recently Chris came to value my house at short notice. He’d really done his homework on sale prices in the local area and was able to demonstrate that his valuation was realistic as well as an amazing record of selling houses from 100% of the asking price (or very close). It really felt like a personalised service, not just being treated like a number as you might expect from an estate agents. Thanks Chris & team.
