Bowson is a very great property agency. I have stay in one of the properties they manage for over a year and their services have always been timely and professional. Most times, they attend to repairs quickly, sometimes even when you do not ask for it, which is something I find very interesting.

Slow at everything when it's for the customer, quick when it's their benefit. Took two months to change a broken bed and over a week to fix a broken fridge after all our food had gone bad. Disrespectful staff, assumed we are lying about the fridge and asked us to wait for it to fix itself. Very dry unfriendly emails. Terrible experience.
