FacebookSam responded to my email within about 15 mins! Very quick response. Met at the property on time. Nice to meet someone who knows his job and obviously enjoys it. Had the first viewing the day after the advert went live. Property let within a few days! Dealt with efficiently and quickly. Kept informed at all times. Excellent service.

GoogleSam from Bowson was fantastic throughout my letting process. I needed to let a property within a week and he was able to schedule me a viewing and work with the landlord to find me a property within such short notice. He was very friendly and cheerful throughout and made the process very easy for me!

GoogleSpurious 'cleaning charges' deducted from deposits with no justification. Cleaning charges for items they say in their own check out report do not need cleaning. Repairs never carried out, even safety related ones. No doubt they are great for landlords, but not interested in tenants. Especially students who they simply treat as 'bread and butter'.

GoogleRubbish agency, don't rent a house from them if your friends can't live in it later. If necessary, don't check the contract carefully. The rent is very high and doesn't include bill. It also leaks customer information to other companies, which is particularly badππ» β¦

GoogleI was very impressed by the services of the agency and specifically Sam Todd, who i was helping me out throughout the process of renting an apartment. FacebookThey made us pay a ridiculous Β£540 in agency fees, yet donβt do anything whatsoever to help you set up standing orders or just general moving in. Your guess is as good as mine as to where that money goes. Theyβre also incredibly incompetent, from losing email addresses to trying to organise someone to measure the living room carpet. We didnβt have use of the living room or kitchen for about a month whilst they changed the carpet, which is bad enough during a tenancy, leaving just the floorboards with nails sticking out. Every job we asked them to sort out was some dodgy bodge job, and the problem in question returned more often than not. I could go on but Iβm actually off on holiday soon and donβt want to miss my flight. No doubt theyβll be unreasonable and incompetent with deposit reclaim:)
