GoogleHad a really good experience with the sale of my property, John was great from start to finish, did a lot of research beforehand and really knew what he was talking about with price pitching etc. Great photos, video and social media presence and got a quick sale. He helped ensure it made it through to completion by frequent contact with myself, the buyers and our solicitors. Very personable, friendly and professional, could always get through by phone and emails responded to quickly. Would highly recommend, couldn’t have asked for anything more, really took the stress out of the whole process.

GoogleWe were buyers for a property sold by Bowsons and dealt with John. The service we received was exceptional and would highly recommend Bowsons to anyone without hesitation. John was knowledgeable, professional and highly efficient. His communication skills were second to none and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Nothing was a bother, he took time to show us around the property, was not pushy, but happy to give an opinion when asked. GoogleWe completed the purchase of a dream home a week ago, and despite some challenges throughout the chain the staff at Bowson were supportive and helpful from start to finish! We mainly dealt with John, but Sam was always at hand for any times John was unavailable, and both were easy to get in touch with either by email or a call where needed. They were always up to scratch with our file, and kept us in the loop with any developments as the chain progressed. If I had friends or family looking to buy a property through Bowson I would say they are in safe hands. Thanks again!

GoogleI’ve only got good things to say about Bowson! From first contact John Moore was prompt and totally professional, taking time that other agents didn’t bother with to give a remote valuation then later a real one, and the time he’d clearly put into it gained our trust. When we were ready to put our house on the market John was out the next day and listed the property that afternoon, managing to achieve 6 viewings within 24 hours. We had thought it might be hard to sell, but we didn’t need any further viewings as the second viewing led to an offer substantially over our hoped-for price. Sam Todd then progressed our sale efficiently, always responding to messages and pro-actively keeping us in the loop, and all our interactions with Bowson were totally kind. They made the process of selling our house so straightforward; before we did it everyone said to us, ‘all estate agents are the same!’ But we really felt Bowson went above and beyond :)

GoogleAn unusual review but a positive one: I rent through Bowson, and Nadine was so helpful when I called in panic about an (absolutely huge) house spider in my flat yesterday! I have a crippling phobia but was alone in the flat, and felt very embarrassed having to call for help. But Nadine was very understanding and came over herself to rescue me from this beast in my bathroom! Thanks Nadine!

GoogleSam has been absolutely exceptional. His professionalism, kindness, understanding and efficiency has been incredible. We have dealt with many Estate Agents and very few meet up to the standards of all the staff we dealt with here. They all went above and beyond to support and help us. Sam, in particular, gave up so much of his time to ensure that we got the property we were praying for. He completely understood how important everything was to our family and showed us so much support. He is also incredibly good at his job and we can not recommend him highly enough.

GoogleJack Law was a superstar! I was firstly late to our house viewing which he completely understood and was lovely and helpful during the viewing. The whole process of securing and moving into the house was quick and very easy, and he explained everything clearly along the way. I’ve dealt with multiple estate companies and landlords in the past, and Bowson and Jack have definitely been the best. I couldn’t recommend him and the company more!

Sam, senior valuer, got the value of our the house that we were selling spot on. He also helped keep the purchase chain together for a long period whilst we looked in the Manchester area where we eventually got the perfect house for us. Sam was always polite, efficient and professional in his dealings with us and made a prolonged and difficult property experience much easier. GoogleExcellent service - after trawling Rightmove and Zoopla for months to no avail, John from Bowson got in touch with me and was an absolute godsend. He was very quick to respond to any emails and was proactive with sending information about new properties, which was fantastic considering how quickly properties get snapped up at the moment. John was also just generally lovely to work with, and along with the Bowson website, he made the whole process very smooth. Couldn't recommend enough!

He took time to explain and he went over and beyond to make sure he found me a property that was suitable for me and my family’s needs. He was constantly calling and checking up on me and updating me as soon as any new property he believed would suit our needs pop up. He took time out of his busy schedule to pick me up on two occasions to take me to the property for viewing and all his dealings were professional and top notch.
