Courtyard will not just present your property beautifully well, they will work incredibly hard to market it and secure your sale. For those blissfully unaware of what happens next, they will then become talented negotiators with multiple solicitors and your trusted advisors on what really can become one of the most stressful drawn out events in life. Just called the estate agents to view a property, the staff member was very misleading and basically advised me not to view the property. Not very professional and I would definitely not use there services to sell my house. I could also believe that the home owners who have there house up for sale wouldn't be happy to here they are telling potential buyers not to view.

The Staff at Courtyard were honestly very friendly and welcoming. Karen kindly showed us the property more than once, she was very nice to my husband and I and my toddler as well. Aside the fact the house was lovely, Karen and Ella at Courtyard made the whole process easy and smooth. They got back to us with any queries we had in no time and were professional throughout. Karen met us at the property on the day which meant we didn’t have to go to the office to get the keys and I thought that was really nice of her. Overall would totally recommend their service. They were all lovely throughout.
