GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. From the first phone call, all members of the Courtyard team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and provided excellent service. Within a week of our first call we'd had a meeting with Sam and photographers arranged. We were impressed with how Courtyard marketed the property for us, utilising different formats to make sure the property could be seen by as many potential buyers as possible, meaning we had lots of interest in the property for viewings. Within a few weeks of the first call, we had a full weekend of viewings and had a number of offers on the property, which resulted in the sale. Toni then took over to support us through to completion. This was great as we were supported through the final stages, with Toni also liaising with our solicitors and the buyers to help the process run smoothly. The whole process took approximately 3 months from first phone call to completion and we were kept fully informed throughout. We were really impressed with the high level of service we received and we would definitely recommend Courtyard to anyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleWe bought our new house through Courtyard in Culcheth. Karen originally showed us around the property and highlighted the potential. Sam then supported us on getting our offer accepted on the property. Finally, Toni was our key liaison whilst we went through the purchasing process. Everyone at Courtyard was really friendly and easy to get hold of.

GoogleI had an appointment today at 3.30pm, after 1 hour of driving (we’re from stockport) arrived 10 mins earlier, no signs of nobody at the property. It was raining a lot then I decide to call to the office, the person who suppose to attend was at the office dealing with another property that suffered a flooding. I do understand the urgency but someone should have to call us to let us know. We have a baby to feed and the weather wasn’t helping us either. I don’t recommend this agency, they don’t care if you lost your time and money.

I must apologise for the inconvenience. you are correct, one of the members of staff should have called you earlier to inform you of the issue and let you know we were running 10 mins behind. Unfortunately at the time one of our tenants called into our office and had experienced a huge problem with a leak causing lots of damage and needed to be dealt with as a matter of urgency. We did try to call and notify you that we would be 5 -10 mins late and left messages but unfortunately couldn't get through. I would be happy to show you the property personally and show you the standard level of service we offer. Once again, I am truly sorry we were late, its not acceptable but i hope you understand the difficult and rare circumstance we found ourselves in. Kind Regards Dave Gibbons Company Owner

GoogleI have used Courtyard since 2017 and they have always provided me with a very professional service and found me excellent tenants. The team at Courtyard are pro active, very responsive and have always managed to let my property in Newton le Willows quickly and at a fair rent. They also provide an extensive inventory and check out services both of which I have found useful as a landlord. I would highly recommend them to landlords in the area.

GoogleWell first thing is the best customer service which is refreshing, after a few months with another estate agent they sold mine to the first viewer above asking price! Positive outlook, professional & can do attitude, even when sold Toni’s post care was better than my solicitor & took care of everything. If you’re nervous about selling this team kept me updated on WhatsApp & negotiated the price & I think the stunning videos are a huge help.
