GoogleBrilliant Service. Have sold three properties with Courtyard now and they just get better and better. The service that you get, from the videos and the photos to the social media reach, thrown in with a great knowledge of local property in the area (they have been doing this for years here now) is amazing. They keep in touch with both parties of the sale on a regular basis throughout to make sure everything is moving as quickly as possible. They have always exceeded the expected price of any property that they have sold for me, and have made sure it went through quickly which is why I wouldn't use anyone else.

I called to arrange a viewing of a property. When explaining that my house was not yet on the market as it was at the lower end of the market, I was told I wouldn’t be able to view the property. It seemed I was wasting their time. Actually, my mother in law had passed away and with a significant amount of money she had left my wife, we were not solely dependent on the sale of our house. I wont be using them in the future.
