GoogleExceptional personal service from the start. Dan Mahr had to work so hard and he achieved it by working patiently with client and buyer. Zac was brilliant in supporting too. What a terrific team, we finally got over the line. We loved our property and we wanted someone else to look after it and enjoy a good future in it too.

Most of the time renting can be a nightmare. I was not looking forward to it at all, especially with how the market is but we lucked out with Fabian big time and from our first call he listened to us and found us a great flat. All the admin was done really quickly and explained really well and we moved in without any problems. I would recommend Fabian and his team if you are looking to rent in the area.

GoogleMoving house is famously a very stressful thing to have to do, but the process was helped immeasurably by the fact that everybody at Winkworths was helpful, friendly and polite. However, it was Dan who helped me all the way through the process, and who was diligent, energetic and helpful from day one. A fount of wisdom, forthright when he needed to be, unbelievably helpful and always ready to answer myriad questions with patience and humour, he helped turn a pretty traumatic business into something far less fraught than it otherwise would have been. Issues have been dealt with quickly and tenancy changes happened with virtually no vacancy time. They never solving problems.... 0 respect to tenats they are just nice liars it's 7mothns raining into the room, they check it and said it's only raining inside when the rain is stronger, so I'm still using bowls for water for 7 months. Boiler is broken now they made a appointment and didn't come over. When My girlfriend called them they said you have been contacted and informed that we come on evening... Nobody called us. Now they made appointment after week, so you can live without heating.. olso they just coming to check not to fix it....

Complete waste of time. Was trying to rent a flat through Winkworth and was hounded by the agent for an offer. Put the offer in and turned down other flats. Over a week later was told to go look elsewhere. Highly unprofessional and wouldn't use it recommend them for renters.

She was especially excellent at keeping in touch with the buyer's and other solicitors down the chain so that I was kept properly informed of the progress of my case. To be honest, I found her a lot more helpful and clued up on what was going on than the solicitors themselves!
