Knowledgeable at first and we could have gone with them but frustrating when consistently giving inadequate email replies to important questions and coming across as too relaxed and then petulant when we eventually went with another agent who was more on the ball.

He was the agent for the sellers but helped us a lot as well in making sure the transaction went smoothly and everything staid on track. The staff at Winkworth were highly professional at all levels. Fast to respond to queries, assisted with all logistics needed for a tenancy turnover. Quick to get potential tenants to view.
