TrustpilotCredit Insight Plus
Credit Insight Plus: Impossible to get a straight answer from customer service. It is obvious they are using a bot/AI to handle email/online inquires. Document submissions repeatedly denied with scripted response. Even when corrected (actually got a rep to say reason), it was corrected/resubmitted, again denied, because I'm sure its just hitting an AI scan and declining. It has been an endless loop of trying to submit, resubmit documents and can not link bank accounts. Biggest issue is that "customer service" is completely incompetent and refuses to escalate to manager/actual human being to respond.

I would never recommend Dun & Bradstreet, They do not correct problems with their site. They do not help their customers. They send weekly emails saying they are trying to correct the problem but they never do and thank you for your patience. Never would I recommend this company to anyone. All they do is give you the run around and keep your score low so you will purchase their service to help improve your credit score which is extremely expensive. This is a wasted service.

TrustpilotScam! Do not contact these people!!!
I contacted the company through a freelancer site and was directed to contact a recruiter called Elizabeth William via telegram. They propose a project to you and offer a "contract". They offered for you to receive funds through PayPal or Bank transfer so you think it's legit. Then when you submit the project you're directed to a payment manager called Linda Andrew. The payment manager then has you set up the account on Rolly pay which isn't credible to what they say ( I only found this out later). I was gullible and set it up. Then they ask a $150 dollar sign up fee which is apparently refundable so you think it's fine. Then it goes up to $500 for the VAT Code which is also apparently refundable. Then they suspend the account to pay another refundable fee of $250. Then they find a way to get you to pay another fee of $1300 for a currency exchange. This finally raised too many red flags and I found out that it was a scam far too late. Please don't pay any fees and insist on them using PayPal or a credible bank account. If they try to persuade you otherwise, run.

TrustpilotDON'T WORK WITH DUN AND BRADSTREET!
They contacted me through Fiverr. They asked me to copywrite 94 pages with the promise that I was going to earn money. After I delivered the job they transfer me to a USA Bank, Pantheon Prosperity Bank. In the same moment I got an email from this bank asking me for a refoundable fee of 200usd in order to get a VAT. That apparently was correct so I did it, when I got my vat and could send money they sent me another email telling me that I have to pay for a 500usd refoundable fee in order to upgrade my account which I didn't pay. I'm still waiting for my payment.

TrustpilotListing employees home addresses in google for rapists and pedos to search.
This despicable organisation listed my home address on google!!!! using data from government business services that DOES NOT ALLOW someone to fetch my home address from my name, They put this information in google so any criminal rapist or stalker can find my addresss! This website needs to be shut down !!!, I'm not a registered company! they are taking employees home addresses and publishing them in google !!!!!They forced me to share private details like my phone number to request removal... then told me I will wait 45 days for rapists, pedos and murderers to not be able to look up my home address. How is this legal?!?!!?

Stated my company would go bust in 12 months, what do they have a crystal ball, clairvoyant’s working for them?? When questioned how they get the info it’s from credit checks and companies house, well my company’s turnover has gone up 3 years in a row my credit is good and this is even shown in their own report but yet they still slander my company and will not change it stating their team of expert analysts blah blah,

TrustpilotD&B: Don't & Bother.
My engagement with Dun & Bradstreet commenced approximately two years ago, primarily driven by the assertion that a D&B number was a prerequisite for an SBA loan application. Despite this extended period, the precise function and value proposition of this organization remain remarkably opaque. A particularly concerning experience involves one of my businesses, which has been essentially dormant since its inception. Nevertheless, Dun & Bradstreet's reporting indicated a decline in this entity's "Delinquency" and "Failure" scores. Frustratingly, their 'business credit report' offers no substantive information or clarification for these changes. This lack of transparency creates the distinct impression that the reporting mechanism serves more as a pretext to encourage subscription purchases from their extensive, and seemingly ever-expanding, portfolio of services.

TrustpilotDun & Bradstreet is a scam
Dun & Bradstreet is a scam and helps to ruin businesses, they have my business information wrong and issued a false Dun & Bradstreet profile report. They had my old phone number, had I was 8 months in business when it is more than 11 years incorporated and is a side business/hobby. Dun & Bradstreet had me as a credit risk, when I do not use credit/financing, do not want it, and I have no debts. I have a tiny ornamental organic plant seedling business; Dun & Bradstreet had my business profile wrong as also hunting/fishing and forestry. Days with customer service online and they seem to want to go through it on the phone instead of email, probably because they want to record my voice for another scam they have. The Dun & Bradstreet database is not secure, I could not login for months to manage my account and correct errors. The Better Business Bureau listed address for the Dun and Bradstreet Corporate Headquarters mysteriously dropped out of the dropdown menu at the BBB recently--it makes me think the Dun and Bradstreet use creepy tactics. The reason I signed up originally for a free Dun & Bradstreet account is because I was forced to do so by the USA Government that used to require a Dun and Bradstreet DUNS number to apply for a government grant. My applications were for grants only for my research and development of my organic plant grower device that helps grow plants faster. Dun & Bradstreet used to have an excellent reputation decades ago, so I did not look them up to find out if they were still an okay company, usually I will look up customer reviews, but unfortunately did not.

TrustpilotFTC Press Release
FYI: Found this Press Release online today after trying to (unsuccessfully) run a credit report on a potential new client with 6 stores (Trustpilot doesn't allow links in their reviews, so just Web Search): 2022/04/federal-trade-commission-finalizes-order-against-dun-bradstreet-deceiving-businesses-failing-updateAs our companies CFO, anytime the mention of Dun and Bradstreet comes up it immediately raises my blood pressure. Back in the 80's and 90's they were a great resource for our company, but I have been telling the President of our company for the last 10-15+ years now that its just a money-grabbing scam and we need to stop sending reports to them and purchasing reports/services. They really need to stop offering all these "extra" services, like Credit Builder, etc and just go back to credit reporting of businesses. There is no way our current businesses credit report can be "update-to date" as I know I haven't sent them anything since around 2019. Ever since they stopped mailing out the financial statement request packets (with the pre-paid self-addressed address label) we have stopped mailing in our business financials. They had an email address we could submit them to, but at the time it wasn't encrypted so that wasn't preferred. To be honest, I don't know what DNBs current process for submitting financials is as we haven't been receiving any communication from them regarding updates and the website just takes you in circles. All I know is that, over the years, every time I try to make the effort to go to their website I get the runaround (including even different site addresses like dandb.com, iupdate.dnb.com, dashboard.dnb.com, dnb.com, plus many others I've already purged out of my notes).... its just ridiculous! Given how they operate... how can they sell a product to others regarding our business if our information is not up-to-date?... hence the FTC order. Tried utilizing DNBs services again today in effort to gain insight on a potential new client with 6 stores and here is a summary of that experience: Got past the "Cart" area to pay for the BIR On Demand report and now I can't find where to go in the website to access the report I just paid for, AND to top it all off it has an "Auto-renewal" for the report. The "Cart note" said I could go into my setting afterwards and remove the auto-renewal... but guess what, when I went there, the page gives you no option to do such. Tried calling them and got a "leave a message" recording. Tried their "Chat" feature and after 10min of auto-bot talk got a message that all agents are busy and to call the 800 number I just called 15min prior.... and the website, oh my, it just takes you in circles... I'm 2hrs into something that should have taken 15mins, and I'm not even done yet.So yeah... as soon as I get this auto-renewal canceled our company and I have no interest in dealing with DNB again. Just sucks because we still have people asking for our DNB number for awarding install/service jobs, comm line of credit renewals, bonding, etc... so curious to see where this will take industry, in general, now that the FTC is stepping in. If the data of DNB can't be trusted it really shouldn't be used as a catalyst for analyzing businesses creditability and credibility.

TrustpilotTotal scam
Total scam. They will go above and beyond to avoid refunding you or canceling a subscription that they trick you into without you realizing it. There is no way to remove your card or cancel the subscription without calling them and over the phone they will do everything under the sun to make canceling impossible. I didn't even receive anything for my order on top of it. And the customer service guy "forwarded me" to the cancellation department only to forward me to nothing. When I tried calling back, I got ignored. The company is horrible. Probably the most scammy online company that I have ever made the mistake of giving money to. I want my refund!

TrustpilotDun and Bradstreet is a complete SCAM
Dun and Bradstreet is a complete SCAM. Their strategy is to post inaccurate and baseless data about your company to get your attention. Once you call them, they will promote a 'service' which is a 'dedicated' DnB member to correct their misinformation. The cost of such scam service is $12,000 a year and the rep may be 'courteous' to give you a discount and sell you the service for $9k!No wonder why the government dropped their credentials and now using a different service. What a bunch of scammers.I would never use them or pay them for their scam!

Pretty sure their scammers based on these reviews... I run a editing job on fiverr and had someone message me with their email attached for an editing job. They then asked me if I could type up reports on word documents, which they said I had to pay a £50 'security fee' to make sure it was done, at that point I knew it was a scam.Overall, they promise thousands of pounds for a few days of work but hold your money and refuse to pay.

TrustpilotDON'T RELY ON D&B FOR ACCURATE DATA
The enormous and ever-increasing suction created by Dun & Bradstreet is growing so powerful it threatens to create a black hole capable of sucking the entire planet into oblivion. They should be shut down for providing false data about companies and held liable for the damage they cause. In two cases for two separate businesses I attempted to correct their flawed data (which D&B gathered from sources outside the companies they were reporting on) and in both cases we initially used their online tools to resolve the inaccuracies. We got messages that read: “D-U-N-S® Manager encountered an unexpected error while processing your company update request submitted on 11/23/2020, resulting in a delay in processing your update request. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.” That message was received January 22, 2021…two months later! So I attempted to correct the errors with actual staff, people who were provided documentation from governmental and other third parties that proved the D&B records were incorrect. Despite repeated assurances after providing all the requested evidence, what do they say later? “Hi Bruce,I submitted all updates but they’ve been rejected. I tried to get a resolution from customer service and their best input was that too many data updates are coming from a D&B rep vs. the business owner themselves. The advice I was given was to pass along the support link so that you can request the updates directly: www. support.dnb.com / 866-584-0283 for customer service. I’m not a customer service rep so I’m not totally familiar with their data policies, but it looks as though updates to things like principal contact info and legal structure changes needs to come from you directly. Sorry for any inconvenience, data security is something we’re pretty rigid on. Let me know if you have any questions navigating the support portal!”This is the D&B round robin…go to the website, submit your corrections, encounter an unexpected error, see nothing corrected, call us and resubmit your corrections and company policy will restrict us from changing the false records because our craniums are tightly wedged near our colons and the bloated bureaucracy of our maliciously negligent corporation will guarantee continued, unending inconvenience for you…the business owner. Sorry, but we will be unable to cease distributing lies about your companies because we’re rigid with red tape and flaccid with facts. For those of us who have wasted countless hours attempting to get this clusterpuck of a company to report actual facts only to discover D&B is so badly run that they deserve criminal prosecution for engaging in international fraud, the effort is hopeless. D&B stands for Defamation & Bull. The entire database is comprised of the stuff Matadors stand in. No wonder they are no longer a commonly utilized resource for serious businesspeople. The day they finally fail will be a day millions of unjustly represented entrepreneurs celebrate their demise. D&B is already dead to me.
