GoogleI would recommend KFH’s letting team in their Islington branch. Temi in particular was exceptionally efficient and helpful. She went over and above what was required of her to work through an emergency, including giving me her personal mobile number, in case I needed assistance over the weekend. Would recommend.

KFH were efficent in setting up the offer for sale but after the second viewer had made an acceptable offer they appeared to be doing very little as negotiations dragged on. It is hard to say what more they could actually have done, but a general impression of more proactive support would have been welcome.

KFH were quick to put my flat back on the rental market when the sale of my flat fell through. Within a day had successfully found a tenant and the process went through quickly and thoroughly and tenant moved in within 3 weeks. Extremely pleased with the outcome.

KFH agents are very easy to deal with and very efficient. Initially I've contacted Alex Atkins. He came around and explained to us the whole process. Other colleagues took over from him and within days our flat was rented.We can recommend KFH with confidence.

The renewals team at KFH appear to get worse and worse each time we renew the tenancy. All whilst they continue to be happy to charge large amounts of money for the poor service. Understand there are better / cheaper options online now for which we will use in the future.
