GoogleI owe my last years of london to KFH Islington and more importantly to Carla Hellery and Stephen Daley. I literally feel I am lucky to have found my living property and the credit goes to them. Carla and Stephen have helped me out from the scratch. They are quick to respond and help out with a favourable way out. I remember, when I was worried about the paperwork for my flat, stephen & carla easily got everything done. Highly recommended! p.s. kfh islighton should be grateful to have stephen and carla.

72 viewings shop record. No phone call from shop manager at any point through the 12month nightmare. Continuous viewings being taken my trainee agent. 40 grand less than they told me they could sell it for. Overall absolute s**t show

This was a tenancy extension and it was handled efficiently though of course less work for KFH for the same fee. Might be worth considering reduced fee rate for renewals. However, we have worked with KFH for several years as landlords and have valued the professionalism and efficiency of the service we have received.

The service provided by KFH is slow and there is lack of coordination between various departments. Many tasks of repair etc are expected to be organised and executed by the landlord. The tenants have also mentioned on many occasions that the KFH team responds slowly and it is difficult to contact them
