TrustpilotGreat experience with Veronika Bakos
My partner and I have been looking for some properties and once we had found one, we met Veronika Bakos who was the agent at the property we was viewing. Throughout the process Veronika had been amazing, very kind, very efficient and knowledgeable about any questions we had.

TrustpilotThank you Stephen
It wasn’t as straightforward as we thought to get a mortgage this time round. However, we felt we had full support from our agent Stephen Akinlusi who was attentive with our demands, patient and understanding. He liaised on our behalf with the seller for the perfect sale.

Thank you to the staff at the Balham Office of KFH who were professional, helpful and caring throughout the sale of our property. An excellent service from Leigh and Isabella. Would definitely recommend to others.

GoogleI have recently rented a flat through KFH and Temitayo Akinsanmi helped me from start to finish. Throughout the whole process she was excellent, helping me find a place, secure it and due to some last minute complications even helped me move in! I very much appreciate her effort, involvement, and tenacity in getting the move completed. Highly recommend!

TrustpilotExcellent service
Callum and Tom provided an excellent, professional service with a difficult house sale. Would highly recommend KFH to anyone looking to sell a house in the area.

TrustpilotKFH were very good at their job!
KFH were patient, always very responsive to our seller requests and - ultimately - extremely good at their job! They secured a sale price for us above the asking price and really helped smooth the way to completion when the buyers’ solicitor seemed to be hard-to-reach and slow to respond.

TrustpilotOutstanding service with a smile
Pervin, at the Islington branch could not have been more helpful. Her calm, focused, can-do approach helped me buy my dream home. If I could get her to run the rest of my life i would !

Islamaphobic company come and try to devalue a house perfectly in order realised he was a islamaphobic person after how disgustingly her greeted me and the ridiculous report

TrustpilotExcellent experience with KFH
I’ve found everyone I’ve dealt with at KFH to be professional, friendly and very communicative. Nothing is too much trouble and above all they listen to our needs. Couldn’t recommend them more.
4/5
TrustpilotPragmatic agent
The agent has been thorough with the character of the property they are listing. Able to introduce the property to appropriate prospective tenant. All in all, the landlord has rented out his property at reasonable rate to respectable tenant.

TrustpilotExpertise and professionalism
We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of selling and buying, and we will certainly be recommending your services to anyone in need of a great estate agent.

TrustpilotRecommend Remortgage service
I used KFH to remortgage my property and had Sawan Shah as my agent. He was very helpful, patient and I find the process very streamlined. The only slight issue I had was with their app, it's not the easiest app to use and can definitely do with some improvements.

TrustpilotI’ve been renting through KFH Balham…
I’ve been renting through KFH Balham office for several years and I have 3 flats rented by them. During this time I have never had a void period on any of the flats. The manager, Will Brindley, is extremely proactive and always keeps in close contact. If he is not in the office when I phone he always gets back to me on his return. I cannot fault his commitment and would highly recommend the office.

Not happy with the service there are more towards seller. In our case they were in very rush and and very rude most of the times. I would not recommend any one to go with KFH.

TrustpilotHighly recommended mortgage brokerage service
Can't recommend the KFH mortgage brokerage strongly enough. Sawan and Sharon are both extremely competent, diligent, and focused on the best result for their customers.

TrustpilotStep back to stage one and think realistically.
I disliked the initial, overly optimistic pricing of the house. A more realistic pricing, in view of the age and condition of the property and the predicted rise in interest rates, would have certainly expedited the sale and reduced the anxiety for the sellers.

TrustpilotGreat service
Great service! Fawaz and Alisha were both brilliant from start to end. Well done and thank you.

GoogleNicole at KFH was fantastic at helping to secure our flat in a very short space of time. Communication has been efficient and the KFH team are all very friendly and welcoming. Thanks!

GoogleReally impressed by the service from LFH. As a landlord they have been nothing but support and helpful in getting new tenant in place. Stephen in particular worked tirelessly to sort our an issue regarding a new mattress! Friendly and efficient, really recommend their services!

TrustpilotFeedback from a buyer
The sellers of our house were using Sharon of Dulwich KFH as their agent. She was incredibly professional, transparent and fair. I trusted her, which made the sale far easier than it could have been. I would not hesitate to instruct her if we were selling a house.

TrustpilotPoor service..
Poor service... don't work in the interest of the landlord. Whenever anything goes wrong they shift the blame away from themselves and lay it on the landlord. Their answer is always to find expensive trades people, which do more than they need and the landlord ends up paying. Tenants don't seem to get a good service either.

TrustpilotImprovement needed for Property Management Service
The property manager knows little about the property and not being responsive in solving the issues. One man band property management team and no escalation at all. Improvement needed for their property management service quality
