The absolute WORST estate agents ever

The absolute WORST estate agents EVER!!! Took over as our primary estate agent, following the aquisition of the group we used before. Not only incompetent and slow, but tried to charge us for cleaning of the property at the end of tenancy that wasn't even completed!!! Luckily, we did not have to pay anything due to a third party advisor; however, blindly following a landlord's word (even though it's ILLEGAL to charge for work that has not been carried out) is a symptom of the bigger issue - stupidity and a severe lack of any form of management of the agents at the junior level. Do NOT use for rentals if you can avoid.

I had an absolutely appalling…

I had an absolutely appalling experience with this estate agent, who managed a B&D Reside property that I rented. Their conduct was completely unacceptable. They were fully aware of ongoing issues with the property yet repeatedly failed to take any meaningful action to address them. Even more concerning was their complete lack of response to serious antisocial behaviour from the neighbouring flat, which was also managed by the same estate agent. Despite being provided with evidence of the ongoing antisocial behaviour, they failed to take any meaningful action to address the situation, even though both properties were under their management. Their lack of accountability, professionalism and concern for the wellbeing of their tenants was shocking. It is completely unacceptable for a managing agent to be aware of serious issues affecting residents and simply disregard them. The level of negligence, unprofessionalism and indifference I experienced was disgraceful. I will be formally reporting my experience and their handling of these matters to the Ombudsman, as I believe their conduct warrants an independent investigation. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through this agency to think twice. No tenant should have to endure such disregard for their safety, wellbeing and basic right to peaceful enjoyment of their home.

I recently switched to KFH and had a very positive experience with them sorting out a leak in my bathroom. Nick, the property relationship manager who dealt with my issue, was very professional, kept me up to date every step of the way and even mediated when the contractors did a subpar job with the new pipings and helped me resolve the issue.
