GoogleI’ve used chestertons letting In Islington for a year, they have found me suitable tenants twice. I have used other agencies before but chestertons have surpassed them all for efficient and friendly service. The branch is led by David Manning who sets the standard and is carried on by all his colleagues. I have spoken personally to Katerina, Gee, Fernanda, Francesco and Ashley and they just can’t do enough to help you and sort out any problems . I recommend them to anyone wanting to rent a property out, as I did to my daughter and they found her the right tenant within a week.So thank you very much all at chestertons in Islington

GoogleWe bought a property through Chestertons Islington and I would really avoid working with them, they were unprofessional and rude through the whole process. They were clearly only looking out for themselves and the sellers. They didn't even have the decency to give us a few days after the birth of our first child to read documents! They told us we had 24 hours to sign or the purchase would be canceled after working for months with solicitors, putting us in a huge amount of stress. We gave them plenty of notice that if documents arrived during that time we would not be as responsive, but it didn't stop them from being agressive and pushy. Really bad experience, I can't recommend them.

GoogleI had an excellent experience with Chesterton Islington, namely Simon! I was abroad looking for rentals, and he was INCREDIBLY helpful, communicative, thorough, thoughtful and transparent. He very much looked after my search, checked in regularly, made sure I was made incredibly aware of all nuances of UK housing (I'm coming from the states), and vetted property on my behalf, making sure that the time we spent viewing was actually well spent. He was available at all times to answer my questions and put me at ease in the rental process. I will be using them for my next search, and recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience (I'd go as far to say completely enjoyable!)
