After recently buying a flat through James Pendelton, I managed to have it rented out 1 week later. My move in coordinator, Suzan Salih, was exceptional. She was very prifessional and calming. She worked with me to achieve the necessary steps, checks, certificates, etc., and what needed to be done to create a perfectly smooth move in on a very tight schedule. Highly recommend.

In particular, both Ian and Catherine from Sales have been instrumental in negotiating a very good offer on a property I was selling and in actively engaging with the buyer and the buyer’s solicitor in getting the exchange and completion over the line.

Another day, Another threat from the agency. I would strongly recommend not working with this agency at all. It is a sincere request from a tenant, it is just using the power dynamics brutally because they have the security deposit. I have the threats on email now so I do not if I can upload them for better reference for other people. The service is just pathetic.
