He gave honest and considered advice in relation to selecting the property and completing the rental application process. This is the 3rd time I have used Chestertons to find a rental property. They are absolutely wonderful and really listen to what you need and are looking for. Jessica Wilson in the Barnes office was a joy to deal with- she found the perfect property and made sure we secured it. The whole process was as stress free and easy as it could be. She even met us early one morning to pick up the keys before the office was open. She is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend this office.

I have always received a good service from from Chestertons. They are accurate, very user friendly and helpful. They are also very reliable and pleasant to deal with. The only reason we are not using them in the immediate future is that we are selling the property that they managed. If they were in Leeds where we are buying I would not even consider anybody else. We’re had a very good experience throughout our relationship with Chestertons.

First time I leave a bad review at a business but we are shocked at the level of service. We had made an offer for a family home of 5bedrooms and it was accepted by the landlord among other offers as he liked our profile (Respected professionals). 30 min later at 8pm we thanked the agent Milan for the news and we asked two questions by email. Literally the next day at 9am Milan called us to tell us that it is red flag that we have not yet registered at the website (without having responded to our email with our questions)then him and his manager Eleonore rushed us to wire the money immediately. We only had requested to view the property a second time as we only viewed it for 10 minutes and potentially to speak to previous tenants which was in our initial offer. We have rented properties for many years and we have excellent references, we were never treated with such disrespect. Even after we communicated our concerns, they did not apologise, tried to turn this around and say that they didn't respond to our email because it was late at night, and still had the audacity to call us at 9am to claim we are the red flag. We ended up pulling our offer as we wouldn't want the property to be managed by them. Really a shame as we loved the house!Be aware as a tenant but also a landlord!

GoogleAfter struggling to generate interest in our flat we switched to marketing it through Chestertons. There was a noticeably sharp increase in interest, and all we had changed was the agent. Chestertons are aggressive in marketing properties and this got a lot more people through the door. They were often there without much interest but Chestertons convince them to give properties a go - drawing on their substantial list of clients to show a range of properties. It was through this that they found our buyer. Will was professional, knowledgeable and assertive in getting the sale pushed through against a massive amount of external obstacles. He always had a mind on making sure the deal was robust and we completed our sale at a most challenging time in the market due to the COVID surge and stamp duty holiday. I would use Chestertons again.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
