Dealt with Ayr office whilst viewing and subsequently purchasing a property. At short notice I requested a viewing, followed by a second viewing days later, both of which which were facilitated by veru helpful staff. I dealt with Maureen who dealt with bids and negotiations and can only say the service from start to finish was very professional and extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend the use of this company.

FacebookThe biggest mistake we made was not choosing Donald Ross in the first place. We initially put our property up for sale with another agent in Ayr ... Huge mistake! We moved to Donald Ross, from the moment we walked into the Ayr office the service was exceptional. Maureen was fantastic, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly actually interested in selling our property. Didn't matter who I spoke to in the office the service was always excellent. Fantastic service, would definitely recommend

FacebookSelling and buying with Donald Ross has been a great experience . From the very first from James i knew they would do their best to sell our property . We sold within two weeks with our property going to a closing date and we very happy with the price we achieved. We had numerous viewers who all commented on how professional DR had been and how efficient they had been. With the majority of our viewers being known to DR we really felt that they sold our house and promoted it well. When it came to buying we were very glad to finally find our home through DR . They have made what is a very stressful time that little bit easier . All staff are extremely professional , kind and efficient . Special mention to Nicola for always being happy to help. Would definitely recommend.

Would highly recommend Donald Ross and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future. Tracey and Gavin provided a great customer service and couldn’t help enough with any queries we had on both our purchase and sale. Tracey kept me updated on a daily basis with feedback from viewers, scheduled appointments etc. Our house sold within a week at a closing date at a price we were delighted with.

Every single member of the team worked with such professionalism. Will gave me their quote while Maureen and Elliot showed my house to viewers. A wonderful photographer, who really cared about making my house look its best, took beautiful photos. Helen Hunter then chose the pics she thought were best and even swapped one for me that I wasn't quite sure of. Naomi did her job with expertise beyond her years and I could not be more grateful. This team is friendly, kind, never pushy, always professional and available for any questions at any time, even weekends. I hope to be buying my next house with Donald Ross, Ayr. I'd never choose to go with any other real estate agency after this wonderful experience. Who said selling your house is stressful? Not with the Ayr Team at Donald Ross it isn't. We offered a price for a 3 bed flat they accepted and told us we had it subject to our lawyer getting in touch with them they didn’t even give us 16 hours over night and they came back and said they had received a better offer we feel this company used us to push someone else to go higher and feel that is bad practice by them, offer accepted at 4.30 one day and they didn’t even give us a chance to get the lawyer to call them as next day they cancelled ours and went with someone else Not a good estate agents in my view when you accept an offer then you must allow a short time to get your lawyer to do there job it was a cash deal no chain money in the bank we sent them our bank details proof of ID and our lawyers details then they dropped us feel it was a fix to get some poor guy to pay more money

Donal Ross are an outstanding estate agents. From the first moment we contacted them right through the selling process they were fast, enthusiastic and extremely professional.They sold our property the day after the board was erected and when our buyers found they had lost their mortgage due to being on furlough, Donald Ross re-erected their board and sold our home again the next day for a higher price than the first buyers!My sister & I, cannot rate them high enough!!

What a fabulous team and such excellent teamwork and professionalism. From the first contact with Fraser and a decision on a Friday morning to go with Donald Ross, the team swung in to action immediately. The homebuyer report was booked, the photographer was booked, a solicitor was recommended and we were on the market a week later. I left the keys and left the viewings to Callum. . I was informed of every viewing and the feedback from those viewings. In less than three weeks we accepted a very good offer. Maureen talked me through the offer and kept me informed of the process to completion. A few weeks later the contact was signed. Thank you to everyone involved.

Wanted me to reduce my house price to increase footfall which only got people’s hopes up of purchasing my home at a low price than valued. Each time i rejected they then told me its not realistic what I'm looking for even although to get me to sign up they told me i’d get my home report value and would sell within a week. Overpriced for limited service. I ended up agreeing my sale price privately in the end with my buyer as Donald Ross told me my buyer could only afford a certain amount. If you chose to sell with Donald Ross don’t be fooled into a dream story and stick to what you want to sell for.
