GoogleWe recently rented via Rents for two years, in between being home owners. We found all of the team helpful and responsive and the whole process ran smoothly. When issues with our property were reported, they were quickly dealt with. We will probably never rent again, but we would definitely recommend Rents as an agent from a tenants perspective

Even though house was given fully repainted in the best ever condition, this people forfeited my deposit. Good that Tenancy agreement was registered and got the money back, otherwise these people would not have left with any chance to steal it. This is a review for 10+ yr old service

GoogleRude and blunt responses to emails, they don’t accept universal credit even though a lot of people who actually work get a universal credit top up!! Discrimination.

FacebookRude unhelpfull rented same property 20 years of them tried to change our rent payment date started paying end of month instead of beginning be doing this for at least last 2 years with no problems rent always paid now they sent a possession saying we in areas what a load of rubbish owner died so either the owner wants to sell or greedy rents have to I'd the owner we can get more money and yes we been there 2o years house has damp in the dinning room cupboards hanging of walls boundary walls to the front dangerous no money spent on maintanance and to top it all they sent a possession order for areas a lol never missed the rent not mention Warter heater never worked properly got fed up with ringing them my advise is don't rent of them

GoogleTerrible agency. After a year of complaining about damp they did nothing. Now we have bought our own home and moved out they are charging us when they did nothing. I fixed a leak preventing the whole down stairs carpet from needing replacing because their plumber was drunk and couldn't come out. Now we have moved out apparently our sofa marked the carpet after 5 years of living there and they are charging us for that to. They Also sent a letter saying we owed them £50 as the rent went up by £10 a month when they never sent a letter. 5 months to notice rent had not gone up? In other words they never sent the letter and because we notified them we was moving out they tried this tactic to get extra money before we left. Cheating lieing useless agents. Avoid!
