I have used the full management services of Rents Property Management for nearly 30 years for a number of properties. Their service has always been exemplary, they are a friendly, family run business who provide a very professional service. I have confidence that they check all new tenants as required by law and will react to any maintenance issue promptly. They also keep me up to date on the ever changing rental law. I would highly recommend them to other local landlords.

I've been renting a 2 bedroom house in Ipswich, with Rents of Ipswich for over 5 years now. Some Rental Companies can be awful, but honestly I've not had any issues with Rents. All The Staff our Brilliant and the communications I've had with them have been 10/10. When I have my checks on the house for my Landlord. I fully trust Michaela to pop into the house for a once over on her own, with my permission. I also have a good communication's with Clare the Office Manager too, also a bit of banter thrown in too. If something needs to be fixed or replaced their website is easy to use to report any faults. I only tend to deal with Clare & Michaela, as I say I've dealt with them both for over 5 years now. If you are looking to Rent a Property, I would certainly recommend Rents of Ipswich.....100% Ian

Took a week to contact us after submitting an enquiry on a property, we chased up via phone and spoke to a very rude & abrupt woman with attitude - we wanted to view the place which apparently wasn’t ready yet (they used old photos for the website as the place was a state, we were fine just to view), she put the phone down and didn’t mute it to talk to her manager and we heard everything - she clearly didn’t want to show us around because she knew she wasn’t going to get paid. We showed up, the bloke didn’t introduce himself, didn’t give two hoots about us, didn’t answer a single question and knew nothing about the property or show us around one single inch of a room, just stood there with his hands in his pockets leaning against the wall. Would not want anything to do with these lot after our experience.

We have just said goodbye to our last tenants and we have used Rents services for 17 years. We begin as newbie landlords and we asked Pauline for advice on a property which would rent easily. Her advice was invaluable and spot on. We purchased the property and Rents handled everything from there. We have never been without tenants and overall those who rented our property were really good. The last tenants were exceptional and left our property really clean and tidy. Unprofessional money makers. Customer care doesn't exist. Confrontational bullies. Guaranteed their response to this be with venom. Fortunately I am in industry where I can call them out and highlight their incompetence. Now had response but unable to respond to unless I edit my response. Hmm. Harassed. Pmsl. Asked to rectify issues. Is that not your job as agent? Your reviews say it all and echo mine, but please do keep deleting ones that showcase how bad you are and block further responses. Many have called you out for what you are, I have just reported you for. I wish you well to and hope you can move on from!!!
